Non condivido e soprattutto è una forzatura delle norme igieniche sanitarie, trovare gli antipasti a tutti i tavoli con largo anticipo, addirittura senza che i clienti ospiti siano ancora arrivati Comunque un buon locale da consigliare sicuramente. Il menù può essere scelto in quantità, poi si mangia quello che arriva, non è comunque una cosa negativa, almeno per gli incerti che ci mettono una vita a scegliere, abbiamo risolto... Avrei messo tranquillamente 4 stelle se non mi avesse un po' deluso la carne con le patate, buona la parte al sangue, dura il resto, anche le patate ni. Per i fagioli e salsiccia avrei messo invece 10 stelle, buonissimo piatto. Vino sfuso, ha me è piaciuto molto. Anche il resto, cucina sana e casereccia, prezzo giusto, quindi lo consiglio. Noi abbiamo preso il buongustaio:antipasti molto buoni e inconsueti, 2 primi di cui un buonissimo e abbondante risotto, tagliata e formaggi, quindi dolce, caffè e ammazzacaffé. Vino della casa da bere in ciotole di terracotta.. Tutto ottimo e abbondante da quasi non riuscire a finire. Ambiente familiare. Il locale è in stile antica trattoria, è stato necessario prenotare, il menù per un gruppo come il nostro di 10 persone è fisso, noi abbiamo optato per il menù classico da 30 Euro. Gli antipasti erano nervetti, affettato, peperoncini sott'aceto,frittatine, fagioli con salciccia. Primo piatto risotto alla monzese (zafferano e salciccia); il secondo, arrosto con patate al forno. Bevande: acqua e vino della casa. Menù casalingo forse fin troppo, buoni i sapori ma piatti forse un po' troppo semplici rapportati al prezzo. Trattoria located in the municipality of Carate Brianza.
