Immediatamente Francesco, il proprietario, riesce a mettere al proprio agio tutti quanti.
Basta sfogliare il menΓΉ per far esplodere lβimbarazzo della scelta, piatti molto invitanti, quindi ci facciamo guidare dal proprietario o forse cediamo alle tentazioni culinarie che propone.
Salumi straordinari, polpette di angus con crema di pistacchio sublimi. Pappardelle ai porcini e tartufo non plus ultra.
Esperienza da provare e, per quanto mi riguarda, da ripetere!

Immediately Francesco, the owner, manages to put everyone at ease.
Just browse the menu to explode the embarrassment of choice, very inviting dishes, so we let the owner guide us or maybe we give in to the culinary temptations he offers.
Extraordinary cured meats, angus meatballs with sublime pistachio cream. Pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle non plus ultra.
Experience to try and, as far as I'm concerned, to be repeated!
