Da non perdere gli spaghetti trafilati al bronzo mantecati al gambero rosso e lime con bottarga di spada, con il suo accostamento di sapori notevole in cui convergono, come recita lo stesso menù, "innovazione, ricerca e passione". Ottima anche la frittura, fresca e leggerissima, così come il vino della casa. L'attesa a volte può essere lunga ma il servizio è gentile e piacevole e il gioco vale la candela. Da provare assolutamente se vi trovate in zona. Don't be fooled by the somewhat anonymous look of a neighborhood trattoria, at Nonna Gelsena the level of the kitchen is decidedly high and the quality / price ratio is excellent. Do not miss the drawn spaghetti with creamy bronze to red and lime shrimp roe with the sword, with its combination of great flavors in which converge, as stated in the same menu, "innovation, research and passion." The frying is also excellent, fresh and very light, as is the house wine. The wait can sometimes be long but the service is polite and pleasant, and the game worth the candle. A must try if you are in the area.

Local food, simple but very tasty, we tried few starters - everything was just delicious- highly recommended! Even that nobody from staff spoke English- they found someone here who could!!! And the owner was using google translator later to communicate with us. Definitely will go back!

The food is authentic Sicilian with fresh ingredients in good sized portions at really affordable prices, a lot of fish and vegetarian options. They also have a lot of different locally produced beer witch is nice if you want to drink something else than normal Italian lager.
