Pesce freschissimo di alta qualità, pietanze con i profumi del mare. Personale gentilissimo pronti a soddisfare il cliente. Per chi ama mangiare crudités di pesce è il posto giusto.

Esperienza Sensoriale. Pranzare da Nauita è stata un'esperienza sensoriale. dall'antipasto al dolce vino compreso è stato un crescendo di sapori e profumi non comuni. Personale gentile attento e competente, buona carta dei vini. Materie prime di qualità, a partire dal pane e grissini fatti in casa.. insomma dovete provarlo. il mio spaghetto con i ricci era fantastico.
Sensory Experience. Having lunch at Nauita's was a sensory experience. from appetizer to dessert including wine, it was a crescendo of uncommon flavors and aromas. Kind, attentive and competent staff, good wine list. Quality raw materials, starting with homemade bread and breadsticks .. in short, you have to try it. my spaghetti with sea urchins was great.

Per una cena pre-natalizia tra colleghi, si è scelta Monza in quanto comoda un po' a tutti. Tra le diverse proposte vagliate, alla fine l'ha spuntata Nauita, incuriositi dalle recensioni e foto di chi ci ha preceduto. Dall'accoglienza all'arrivo ai saluti alla partenza è stato tutto una bella sorpresa. Ambiente carino ed elegante, con comodi divanetti adiacenti ai principali tavoli. Senza specifica richiesta, ci è stato riservato un gran tavolo quadrato in vetro, pare il più bello del locale (peccato non lo riempissimo come si deve, essendo capiente per 8 persone!). Il proprietario ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, illustrandoci con precisione quasi "maniacale", i dettagli di ogni singola pietanza del menù dalle diverse combinazioni di piatti di pesce, con qualche variante (lo so, di 'sti tempi è una brutta parola!) anche per i "carnivori". Nota di merito per lo chef i cui piatti, tutti particolari e delizioni, ci hanno soddisfatto pienamente, dall'antipasto al primo al dolce. Alla fine il giudizio espresso da tutti, è stato univoco, e lo si può sintetizzare con la volontà di ritornare sicuramente..
For a pre-Christmas dinner among colleagues, Monza was chosen as it is a little comfortable for everyone. Among the various proposals examined, in the end Nauita won, intrigued by the reviews and photos of those who preceded us. From the welcome on arrival to the greetings on departure it was all a nice surprise. Nice and elegant environment, with comfortable sofas adjacent to the main tables. Without specific request, a large square glass table was reserved for us, it seems the most beautiful in the room (it's a pity we didn't fill it as it should, as it can accommodate 8 people!). The owner immediately put us at ease, illustrating with almost "maniacal" precision, the details of every single dish on the menu from the different combinations of fish dishes, with some variations (I know, these times is a bad word! ) also for "carnivores". Note of merit for the chef whose dishes, all special and delights, have fully satisfied us, from appetizer to first course to dessert. In the end, the opinion expressed by everyone was unambiguous, and can be summarized with the desire to return for sure ..

Posto meraviglioso, attenzione ai dettagli impeccabile. Servizio impeccabile e location fantastica nel cuore di Monza. A partire dal titolare Pino, di una gentilezza d'altri tempi, spiega i piatti in maniera ammaliante. Menu molto vario e curato in ogni piccolezza. Parliamo poi dell'amato chef Matteo, il mio cuoco preferito, come prepara lui i piatti, nessuno al mondo. Qualità eccellente, il pesce è veramente veramente fresco. Posso affermare che è in assoluto il mio ristorante preferito. Rapporto qualità prezzo 10 con tanto di lode. Nonostante io sia un cliente abituale, non hanno mai smesso di trattarmi come il primo giorno, anzi, cercano di migliorarsi sempre di più. Super consigliato.
Wonderful place, impeccable attention to detail. Impeccable service and great location in the heart of Monza. From the owner Pino, a kindness of the past, explains the way in captivating dishes. Very varied menu with attention to every little thing. We speak then of the beloved chef Matteo, my favorite chef as he prepares the dishes, no one in the world. Excellent quality, fish is really really cool. I can say that it is my absolute favorite restaurant. Value for money 10 with lots of praise. Although I am a regular customer, they never stopped treating me like the first day, in fact, try to improve more and more. Super recommended.

Pur passando tutti i giorni su corso milano non si nota la presenza di quest’incredibile ristorante, poi grazie a the fork ho scoperto che è ubicato all’interno di una ‘mini galleria’ ecco perché non salta subito all’occhio. Più che soddisfatti siamo stati letteralmente estasiati dai piatti ordinati; un’esperienza unica davvero !Lo chef vuole stupire con la sua creatività ma anche sorprendere i palati più esigenti e devo dire che non ci aspettavamo una simile delizia! I piatti che mi sono piaciuti di più in assoluto: le lumache con la polenta ed il risotto con ombrina e gin (che va sorseggiato mentre si mangia)..i dolci invece erano tutti eccezionali non riesco a scegliere il vincente fra tutti! Ultima chicca: il rum consigliatoci come digestivo semplicemente senza precedenti ! Abbiamo anche apprezzato molto la cura e la professionalità nell’accoglienza e la solarità del personale di sala che ci ha saputo raccontare la poesia di questi piatti.
Even though I pass every day on Corso Milano, we do not notice the presence of this incredible restaurant, then thanks to the fork I discovered that it is located inside a 'mini gallery' which is why it does not immediately catch the eye. More than satisfied, we were literally delighted by the dishes ordered; a truly unique experience! The chef wants to amaze with his creativity but also to surprise the most demanding palates and I must say that we did not expect such a delight! The dishes that I liked the most: snails with polenta and risotto with croaker and gin (which should be sipped while eating) .. the desserts were all exceptional but I can't choose the winner of all! Last gem: the rum recommended to us as a digestive that is simply unprecedented! We also greatly appreciated the care and professionalism in welcoming and the cheerfulness of the dining room staff who knew how to tell us the poetry of these dishes.

20th May after the long seating closure (home delivery was possible last few weeks) the restaurant opens for business as usual. The new temporary usual with social distancing seating arrangements and a deep respect for all alignment to guidelines.. The food as usual was exceptional. Its clear the management place a high degree of focus on quality. The chef delivers! This is a high quality restaurant with matching prices although very fair. Highly recommended and due to popularity its better to book in advance. Cheers.

An excellent attempt at fine dining & worth the drive just outside of Milan if you’re into seafood & a creative kitchen. The service from the beginning to the end was outstanding, just the right amount of attention. Really nice touches included the complimentary rosé tasting with an interesting raw fish amuse-bouche & the Chef visiting each table enthusiastically explaining some of his dishes. Everything seemed very clean & new & the whole staff was friendly. The prices are commensurate with what you get. Those who complain about extreme pricing or the small portions obviously don’t get out much. Top quality ingredients with some hard to find seafood options on the menu (although they did not have the sea urchin when we came) & a decent wine list. The only issues I had were that I found some things were too salty & some needed salt & the dessert was a little too creative. Although, I appreciate unexpected pairings, I found the deconstructed cheese cake to be a mish-mosh of textures, flavors, seasons & richness. It was just too much. I would’ve preferred half of the ingredients to get a simpler, more enjoyable result but definitely credit goes for creativity, effort, & courage. We look forward to dining there again, maybe on one of their live music nights.

Wonderful place. The restaurant specialises in fresh tender seafood, fusion cousine, elegant serving. Very pleasant staff. Top place in Monza for romantic dinner or excellent evening with friends. We are very impressed by desserts- Pera and non-sweet Cheesecake, great feeling and taste of Italy ❤
