Iniziando dall accoglienza romantica, essendo 2 sposini in viaggio di nozze, personale gentilissimo, posto incantevole, ma sopratutto ristorante molto elegante e cibo più che squisito, abbiamo avuto l onore di conoscere lo chef Giorgio, professionale e dir poco, complimenti per la tua professionalità. Nicoletta e salvatore due camerieri eccezionali e molto professionali da una gentilezza indescrivibile, che dire ci siamo sentiti a casa e ben coccolati.grazie di tutto alla prossima ❤ da simona e salvo da Palermo. We stayed 3 days in this magnificent and wonderful place. Starting from the romantic welcome, being 2 newlyweds on their honeymoon, very kind staff, lovely place, but above all a very elegant restaurant and more than exquisite food, we had the honor of meeting the chef Giorgio, professional and to say the least, congratulations for your professionalism . Nicoletta and salvatore two exceptional and very professional waiters with an indescribable kindness, what can I say we felt at home and well pampered.thanks for everything to the next ❤ by simona and safe from Palermo.

Erano incantevoli. Viaggio tantissimo per lavoro, ristoranti, alberghi e quando mi sposto per lavoro voglio coccolarmi, star bene, senza confusione, raccolto in me stesso ed ascoltarmi. Tutto questo l'ho trovato nel tuo ristorante e lascia che te lo dica, ad oggi è il miglior posto che abbia mai trovato. NON METTERO' FOTO DEI TUOI PIATTI PER UN MOTIVO, sarebbe riduttivo..li ho fotografati tutti ma dalle immagini, seppur belle, non traspare quell'amore, attenzione, dedizione che hai messo nel farli. CONSIGLIO A TUTTI non di andare a mangiare da lui ma di andare a farvi sedurre dalle sue poesie culinarie Hi Giorgio! I photographed them all but from the images, albeit beautiful, that love, attention, dedication you put into making them does not shine through. Dalla mano abile dello chef Giorgio Cicero, piatti particolarissimi, il giusto compromesso fra tradizione e innovazione, i sapori della Sicilia e la bontà dei dolci classici, il tutto calato nella splendida cornice della piscina e del bellissimo giardino dell'hotel. Lo chef Giorgio Cicero è un connubio tra talento straordinario e personalità umile e accogliente. La sua arte culinaria unisce ingredienti di primissima qualità(tutti a km 0,di cui la maggior parte da lui stesso prodotti)all’estro della rivisitazione. Un’attenzione maniacale per i dettagli di cui mi sono innamorata e che sicuramente hanno fatto la differenza. Una cena piena di attenzioni,una location immersa nella privacy di un giardino a bordo piscina,una musica d’ambiente che ti accompagna per tutta la serata. Il servizio meraviglioso del sommelier Salvatore e la cameriera Nicoletta,entrambi preparatissimi e gentilissimi. Ogni piatto è stato un vero momento di goduria,sia da mangiare che da vedere. Cantina pregiatissima,olio(prodotto dal nonno di un collaboratore)da premio!!! Tutto del territorio perché i valori e le tradizioni non vengano perduti. E per finire,avendo appreso durante la serata che stavamo festeggiando un compleanno,un dolce fuori menù con candelina da spegnere...sorpresa graditissima!!! Grazie a tutti per le coccole e grazie a Ivana Piccitto,responsabile eventi e comunicazioni,che, dedita e appassionata, ci ha consigliato questo posto incantevole!!! This restaurant is not just a restaurant ... it is an experience !!! It left me with that feeling of well-being that I needed so much. Chef Giorgio Cicero is a combination of extraordinary talent and a humble and welcoming personality. His culinary art combines top quality ingredients (all at km 0, most of which he himself produces) with the inspiration of reinterpretation. An obsessive attention to detail that I fell in love with and that certainly made a difference. A dinner full of attention, a location immersed in the privacy of a poolside garden, ambient music that accompanies you throughout the evening. The wonderful service of the sommelier Salvatore and the waitress Nicoletta, both very well prepared and very kind. Each dish was a real moment of pleasure, both to eat and to see. Precious cellar, oil (produced by a collaborator's grandfather) award !!! All of the territory so that the values and traditions are not lost. And finally, having learned during the evening that we were celebrating a birthday, a dessert off the menu with a candle to be extinguished ... a very welcome surprise !!!
