As a long time fan of Mexican food, I’m glad such a quality restaurant has popped up in Cremona. From your first step into the welcoming courtyard to the ever-festive inside, this place screams fiesta. The menu is huge, and offers meals ranging from southern comfort food like fried chicken and chili all the way to spicy Mexican paella, tacos, and many varieties of fajitas. Every time I eat here I opt for something new and exciting, and am never disappointed. Most recently I chose one of the burgers and could not be more pleased. The beef was of the highest quality and the service was prompt and friendly. That’s not to mention the bar, which in of itself offers more than one would ever expect. Their wide selection of cocktails and quality tequilas is such a joy to see, and I can’t wait to go back again for my next meal.

This place is warm and friendly, serves great food, refreshing cocktails and drinks, and all for a very reasonable price in a sumptuous setting. I had a hankering for Mexican food, and this restaurant was suggested by a local. Intended to have a meal to carry out, but did not reckon with the warm welcome and high level of service I received. Swiftly the only fluent English-speaking waiter was dispatched my way and led me to the bar to peruse the menu while I sipped a lovely caipirinha made by their friendly bartender. Despite being a place from which one may order food to take away, this place is both inside and out a classy but not intimidating establishment. Left alone to make my selection, it was pleasant to not feel rushed to order as with some restaurant carry-outs. So when the waiter arrived for my order (and helpfully guided me towards the dishes more appropriate for my tastes), I had already elected to eat there instead of carting a bag across town. I asked to be seated outside, as the night was warm and the garden area clean, verdant and well-lit. The table and chairs were low and wooden, but the waiter appeared seconds later with luxuriant cushions to pop on the wooden seats. Very comfortable and civilised. I had ordered the rice and beans, and the mixed fajitas, which come with a side of corn tacos, molΓ©, salsa and guacamole. The rice and beans were fantastic but not nearly as spicy as advertised, which would perhaps be my main criticism of the food (although this is maybe because spicy food is not as, 'ahem', strong in North Italian cuisine). The salsa was tasty also, but again not terribly spicy. However, the nice waiter again came to my rescue with a bottle of high-grade chilli sauce. Shame similar isn't made onsite, but all the same the ensemble was quite savoury and piquant. The other tiny matter is that the soft corn tacos were only around 6" diameter, a little smaller than what would be normal in the UK. However they seemed to have been made fresh on site and were delicious. Of particular praise were the mixed fajitas, the onions and peppers gently caramelised while the meats (chicken and beef) were seared to perfection without being burnt or chewy. A great dish! After the meal, I enquired as to the possibility of a pink gin and tonic. Once I had explained what this was (gin and tonic with Angostura Bitters), the bartender himself came to the table to find out what gin I wanted: they had a wide range, which incredibly included my preferred gin for the task - Tanquery No.10. All in all a very pleasant dining experience, I recommend it to all. It should be specially noted that this place seemed very family friendly and easily handles large groups.

Very fun and delicious spot in Cremona. It’s very different than any other place in the city which is a nice change. Diverse menu with so much to try (all super good). Highly recommend the Fajitas!
