Da non perdere assolutamente la genovese di baccalà e vi consiglio di saltare gli antipasti per meglio gustarvela... ..un secondo di baccalà va preso... ...più semplice è meglio è... ...al vapore alla brace, sempre ben fatto. Da provare la catalanesca fatta per il ristorante da un contadino della zona, pure se senza etichetta veramente ottima. Io chiuderei con un caffè o una grappa all'albucocca saltando il dolce ma de gustibus...

Absolutely not to be missed is the Genoese codfish and I recommend you skip the appetizers to better enjoy it ... ..a second of cod should be taken ... ... the simpler the better ... ... steamed on the grill , always well done. Try the Catalan style made for the restaurant by a local farmer, even if without a really good label. I would close with a coffee or an apricot grappa, skipping the sweet ma de gustobus ...

Locale rinnovato con eleganza e piacevolmente bello..
Sul cibo o le portate poche parole.."Eccellenza e passione pura".
I prodotti usati,per il baccalà/ e stoccafisso prodotto per quanto può "semplice o povero " , ma di difficoltà infinita nel renderlo stellato, come loro hanno saputo fare in cucina (padre e figlio)complimenti puri e sinceri.....continuate così la Vs asticella si è alzata tantissimo..
Pietanze e Vino servite con amore e gentilezza assoluta per i commensali..
Ti senti a casa, ma con piatti e servizio stellati ....
Una certezza assoluta di potenziale infinito, con valore aggiunto di essere serviti e cucinati da Amore FAMIGLIA.....

About food or bring a few words .. "Excellence and pure passion".
The products used, for the cod / and stockfish produced as far as possible "simple or poor", but of infinite difficulty in making it starry, as they have been able to do in the kitchen (father and son) pure and sincere compliments ..... continue so your rod has risen a lot ..
Dishes and Wine served with absolute love and kindness for the diners ..
You feel at home, but with starred dishes and service ....
An absolute certainty of infinite potential, with the added value of being served and cooked by Amore FAMIGLIA .....
