I was today in the Sansovino restaurant and I found myself very well, fixed price menu. Good homemade food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osteria da "mureri", un buon menù in cui puoi scegliere oltre al piatto del giorno anche qualcosa in più. Pulito ed ospitale. Una parola in più per il servizio, la ragazza in sala ha sbagliato la comanda ma si è fatta in quattro per farsi perdonare e c'è riuscita portandoci dei biscottini a fine pranzo, molto simpatica. Prezzo buono, ci torno.
Osteria da "mureri", a good menu where you can choose not only the dish of the day but also something more. Clean and hospitable. One more word for the service, the girl in the dining room got the order wrong but went out of her way to be forgiven and she succeeded by bringing us some biscuits at the end of the lunch, very nice. Good price, I'll go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni settimana propongono un ricco menù (5 primi è 5 secondi) per accontentare tutti. Spesso si trovano i piatti tipici della cucina triestina. La signora Liliana è sempre attenta a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Ambiente piacevole e pulito. Ottimo per i pranzi di lavoro.
Every week they offer a rich menu (5 first courses and 5 seconds) to please everyone. Often you will find the typical dishes of Trieste cuisine. Ms. Liliana is always careful to meet the customer's needs. Nice and clean environment. Great for business lunches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is really friendly, we were served great wine, first dishes were very tasty, but the second plates....the salmon was totally dry, it was probably frozen, because it was also totally cold in the middle, we reminded the staff regarding the problem and they took the salmon back to the kitchen... and brought back the same salmon, they only put it in the pan for few more minutes, so it was even drier and even less tasty. They charged us full price, and we would never dine there again. Also the breakfeast they provide is far from what somebody would expect from a 4-star hotel.
