La qualità delle materie prime è eccellente: tutto proviene dall’azienda agricola del simpaticissimo proprietario che sa davvero fare il suo mestiere: ottimo anfitrione, attore e padrone di casa vi farà passare dei gran bei momenti. Fatevi consigliare ed esagerate con l’olio! Hosted by my mother's cousin, we went to lunch in this restaurant in the heart of Tusa. The quality of the raw materials is excellent: everything comes from the farm of the very nice owner who really knows how to do his job: excellent host, actor and host will make you spend some great moments. Penne alla carbonara: l’uovo tra la pasta non era cremoso ma frittata. Agnello in umido: buona la carne , ma sembrava più un bollito (servito tra la brodaglia). Il resto discreto. Prezzi da Ristorante stellato. 5 assaggini di antipasti: olive, frittata di finocchietto, polpettine, peperoni, carciofi e formaggi, pagati €75. Quattro adulti e tre bambini , abbiamo consumato : l’antipastino, 3 primi (carbonara, norma e sugo semplice), 4 secondi di carne, 1 contorno di patatine ed una fetta di tronchetto gelato= €165. Non oso immaginare se ognuno avesse ordinato un primo+un secondo!!! Tried it after reading the positive reviews on google. Home cooking good products, but some dishes run very badly. Penne alla carbonara: the egg between the pasta was not creamy but omelette. Stewed lamb: good meat, but it looked more like boiled meat (served among the broth). The rest discreet. Prices from starred restaurant. 5 appetizer tastes: olives, fennel omelette, meatballs, peppers, artichokes and cheeses, paid € 75. Four adults and three children, we consumed: the appetizer, 3 first courses (carbonara, standard and simple sauce), 4 second courses of meat, 1 side dish of chips and a slice of ice cream stub = € 165. I dare not imagine if everyone had ordered a first course + a second course !!!
R	Roberta Fiorelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa trattoria è stata una scoperta inaspettata, cercavamo un posto dove poter mangiare cose tipiche gentilmente c è stato indicato questo posto dove possiamo dire che abbiamo mangiato benissimo, era tutto buono dall'antipasto al secondo dove abbiamo riscoperto sapori che ormai sono difficili da trovare, il connubio perfetto e anche la gentilezza del personale che sono stati deliziosi dall'inizio alla fine della nostra permanenza, il genero una persona a modo graziosa che arreso perfetto il nostro pranzo.. Visto che abbiamo trovato un locale grazioso gentilezza e soprattutto ottima cucina, abbiamo optato anche x la stessa sera la cena. Che dire? Da provare almeno una volta e sono sicura che ritornerete come abbiamo fatto noi. Grazie e un grosso in bocca Lupo ? Ci ha accolti da vero anfitrione proponendoci l ottimo cibo locale di qualità, fresco e profumato . Torneremo a Tusa per gustare ancora i suoi deliziosi piatti. Consigliatissimo !!!! Beautiful evening spent in the pleasant company of the owner Vincenzo, as if he had always known us. He welcomed us like a true host, offering us excellent quality local food, fresh and fragrant. We will return to Tusa to enjoy its delicious dishes again. Highly recommended !!!!

L’ambiente è piccolo ma accogliente e pulito. Inoltre in estate è dotato di uno spazio all’aperto. La conduzione è quasi completamente familiare ed i proprietari sono molto gentili e attenti . Il cibo è abbondante ed i prodotti usati sono tipici locali . Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio di prenotare prima nei giorni di festa.
