★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd avoid this restaurant if you are not a white person. I want to be abundantly clear that every other Roman restaurant we've visited during our two week tour have been warm, welcoming, and friendly. Check my reviews.
Leadership matters, and the management at this restaurant clearly instilled to the waitstaff a blantant disregard for non-white people. The staff at this restaurant have done a terrible disservice to the Roman people, and Italians overall. Shame.

The service is kind and nice.
Prices are OK. Easy to reach by subway B.
One of the best gricia in Rome (ask the one off-menu with figues)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my fav places in Rome. The portions are big so be careful to not fill yourself completely with starters -which is hard cuz they are amazing (don’t miss mozzarella di bufala with truffle, focaccia cacio e pepe…). ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a good restaurant once, now it has lowcquality food and service. The incompetent waiter brought us a warm bottle of white wine. The kitchen had no salad, no lemons nor vinigar to season that pitiful dish of rucola. The meat course was prepared carelessly and came with toothpicks still in the meat. I would think twice before eating there from now on. The prices are way too high considering the low quality food and low service standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for dinner and I love it! We had carbonara, bufalino pizza and some stir fry meat dish with cabernet franc. They were all amazing. Our server Roman was superb, very helpful and friendly. I love his recommendations and great vibes for a place that was opened since 1940. Definitely a must visit in Rome!
