★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have not been at this restaurant yet (will go this May), but we have been many times at Villa Alba (managed by the same family) and the food as well as the staff was excellent.
Update, we did have dinner at la vela this June and we found the food as well as the stuff to be very good. However, I need to correct my earlier posting another family owns the restaurant.
