Se non sei un amante della buona cucina, quella fatta con amore e passione per la terra e i suoi frutti... allora lascia perdere, qesto luogo non fa per te. Ma noi cerchiamo sempre il meglio e, sopratutto, sappiamo riconoscerlo. E quando lo troviamo, siamo felici ?. We love trattorias, but La Petrusa is more than a trattoria. Genuine, fresh and well-cooked food and zero-kilometer products. If you are not a lover of good food, the one made with love and passion for the land and its fruits ... then forget it, this place is not for you. But we always look for the best and, above all, we know how to recognize it. And when we find it, we are happy ?.

Ottima anche la posizione che permette di apprezzare la valle del Fitalia. Un ringraziamento al gestore cortesissimo ed un arrivederci. We had lunch in this place yesterday, the reception was excellent, the dishes tasty and genuine, the price more than affordable. Wir waren so begeistert, daß wir mehrere Tage hintereinander dort eingekehrt sind. Daneben umwerfende Personen, die dort leben und arbeiten, Nino und seine Frau - egal, ob ein paar verschwitzte Biker gerade hereinkommen, die oben im Park sich noch durch den Schnee kämpften (ihre Sachen wurden zum Trocknen aufgehängt, sie bekamen etwas Warmes zum Anziehen bis dahin) oder eben wir eher Normalos - sie sind wirklich toll. Daumen rauf!! no simple "country kitchen", no. Everything from our own production, completely different tastes. We were so impressed that we went there several days in a row. Also stunning people who live and work there, Nino and his wife - it doesn't matter if a couple of sweaty bikers just come in who are still fighting through the snow at the top of the park (their clothes were hung out to dry, they got something warm to wear until away) or just us normal people - they are really great. thumbs up!!

Tutto molto buono. Aggiungo la simpatia e gentilezza del ristoratore che ha fatto del suo meglio per passare nel suo locale una piacevole serata. Da provare sicuramente. ????? Rustic place, very simple with tasting of appetizers of excellent Nebrodi meats, second courses of mixed roast with well-cooked tender meat. All very good. Nice environment, not even very crowded considering we just dropped by on a Sunday for lunch. Wine was decent, the salad was a bit salty, everything else perfect. It was a little disappointing when the coffee arrived in a plastic cup. 1 appetizer, 2 meat portions, 1 coffee = EUR 40
