Ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio , persone molto formate e professionali ho percepito la loro conoscenza passione e amore nel proprio lavoro , abbiamo avuto la possibilità di incontrare lo chef e proprietario del locale che ci ha presentato al meglio i piatti e questa cosa ci ha fatto molto piacere! Una persona che cura il dettaglio e con molta passione per il suo mestiere a mio parere ha esaltato al meglio i sapori del pesce crudo e delle altre pietanze che abbiamo mangiato ! Ottima qualità del pesce fresco ! Queste sono alcune foto che già parlano da sole ? Ottimo ?? ve lo consiglio vivamente ! Ottima scoperta ,torneremo sicuramente !! Che dire, è subito eccellenza! Una cena davvero gustosa e ricca, siamo partiti con due antipasti davvero ottimi, i piatti in generale sono davvero ben studiati e calibrati, il secondo di carne mi ha colpito, una guancia di manzo cotto a bassa temperatura che si scioglie in bocca! Una cena che ha super convinto, dall'antipasto al dolce e che dolce! Il tortino più buono che io abbia mai provato! Da andarci assolutamente! Noi ci ritorneremo!
