Mentre guardi i tuoi amici mangiare solo perché come primo hanno preso carne l'ABC delle portate da quel che so e che tutti devono mangiare nello stesso momento inoltre ci vuole occhio quando chi mangia ha finito mai lasciare il piatto sotto il suo naso 20 minuti qui l'organizzazione vacilla suggerisco al titolare o al caposala di far caso a queste lamentele un buon ristorante è buono non solo perché è buono il cibo Indisputable food excellent flambe risotto and so is the tagliata .... but can you wait an hour and ten from the order? Cibo buono, costata di manzo gommosa e piena di brevetti, buona scelta di vini ma senza prezzi nel menù. Se posso dare un consiglio.... per certi vini, sarebbe necessario saperli servire. Altrimenti basta scegliere di non avere determinate annate o vini troppo invecchiati. Una pecca... un caffè ed il secondo giro di grappe, dato il conto del.pranzo(nel nostro caso), a mio parere, poteva essere offerto. Staff very kind. The innkeeper knows how to "sell" his restaurant well. Good food, chewy and patented rib-eye steak, good choice of wines but no prices on the menu. If I can give some advice .... for certain wines, it would be necessary to know how to serve them. Otherwise just choose not to have certain vintages or wines that are too aged. One flaw ... a coffee and the second round of grappas, given the bill of lunch (in our case), in my opinion, could be offered.

It's got a gourmet flavor - so don't expect your typical taco. There's no salsa bar but those tend to gross me out anyway. This truck is delicious!! I'm vegetarian so I tend to order the nachos. But they make quesadillas w grilled pepper and corn or just cheese...I'm sure they they would add beans to just about anything on the menu as a substitute for carne. I always recommend the casique soyrizo to establishments to easily offer more vegetarian options but hey, I'm satisfied! My husband also loves this truck. Enjoy!!!!
