Da provare assolutamente la frittura di pesce (fatta in padella se non erro) è qualcosa di sublimeeee. buoni i vini. Gestori cordiali e professionali Small restaurant located in the upper part of Albano, fresh and divinely cooked fish with exceptional gastronomic combinations and sauces that further enhance the courses. To try absolutely the fried fish (made in a pan if I'm not mistaken) is something sublimeeee. good wines. Friendly and professional managers

Ho visitato il locale con la mia compagna, i piatti che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente sono stati la triglia in crosta (un piatto perfetto) e gli spaghetti al crudo di gambero rosso e borragine (stupendo per gli amanti del crudo). Il menu da 5 portate ci ha regalato una magnifica esperienza, accompagnato da due ottimi calici di metodo classico italiano. Good quality of the raw material and impeccable preparation. A relaxing and intimate environment, suitable for dinners for couples or with friends. I visited the place with my partner, the dishes we appreciated the most were the mullet in crust (a perfect dish) and the spaghetti with raw red shrimp and borage (wonderful for lovers of raw food). The 5-course menu gave us a wonderful experience, accompanied by two excellent glasses of classic Italian method.

Abbiamo provato il menù degustazione a 7 portate che vi consiglio perché è un percorso completo e vi permette di assaggiare più cose. Ci accoglie Andrea che ci mostra il tavolo,e subito esclama:questo è un regalo!!;bene non certo fatto da lei,continua:se volete altri calici sono a pagamento!ma va ?! Continua... bella zona la Campania peccato per quei pochi,(fuori luogo), i buoni e i cattivi sono ovunque, e Roma e provincia non sono da meno. Molti lamentano delle porzioni misere,io no! sono in linea con questo tipo di cucina che conosciamo discretamente,locale sprovvisto di parcheggio,in una zona buia con una porta di un peso fuori norma . Al secondo calice si presenta con una bottiglia semivuota,e goffamente, la sposta due volte tra i bicchieri per livellarli senza per altro riuscirci,mancava solo il colpetto sul fondo per l'ultima goccia?(Imbarazzante).Il percorso è fisso,cioè senza nessuna possibilità di scelta,e a queste cifre non mi sembra corretto.In cucina erano in tre senza cappello ne guanti. Si ripalesa il sommo Sommelier:il percorso è quasi finito!ho pensato tra me,andiamo quasi in pace ☮️ MA SUBITO ! senza aspettarci nessun'altra elemosina.
