Location molto caratteristica, menù eccellente,vino molto buono e personale in sala molto preparato....tortelli ripieni di coniglio con finferli a dir poco sublimi.....

Tra le migliori trattorie del Veneto con la specialità "i Torresani" (piccoli colombini). L'interno è molto intimo ed elegante, ma soprattutto la cucina è eccezionale con la cuoca (titolare del locale assieme al marito) che è tra le migliori in circolazione. Non credo infatti vi siano cuochi migliori nel panorama dei ristoranti più importanti del Veneto. La trattoria, a conduzione famigliare, tra le altre cose è ufficialmente tra i pochi ristoranti di Vicenza e provincia inserito da "Confcommercio" e "Vicenza qualitá" tra i "Ristoranti del Baccalà". Da sottolineare la gentilezza e la cortesia del locale.
Among the best trattorias in the Veneto with the specialty "i Torresani" (little colombini). The interior is very intimate and elegant, but above all the cuisine is exceptional with the cook (owner of the restaurant together with her husband) who is among the best around. In fact, I don't think there are better chefs in the panorama of the most important restaurants in the Veneto. Ristorante piccino e storico di Breganze, cucina territoriale con ottimi prodotti locali ben lavorati. Cantina dei vini non gigantesca ma adeguata, con grandi prestiti dalla produzione locale come il vespaiolo della cantina San Bartolomeo e il torcolato Maculan. Ambiente elegante, molto curato, musica perfetta per un ambiente così. Forse i tavoli sono un po’ troppo vicini e tutti ascoltano le conversazioni di tutti. Personale gradevolissimo e molto ben preparato. Piccolo antipasto offerto, pomodorino ciliegino ripieno di ricotta e fritto su letto di rucola. Fettuccine agli asparagi, bigoli col toresan, maialetto arrosto, asparagi alla bassanese, tortino di cioccolato con crema all'arancia e liquore all'arancia. Forse l’unico appunto è una mano un po’ troppo pesante nei condimenti ma soprattutto con il sale che ho trovato decisamente eccessivo nei due primi. Preferisco sentire il sapore degli ingredienti primari, come gli asparagi, che essendo delicati mal sopportano una carica troppo consistente di aggiunte varie, e i bigoli un po’ troppo carichi di olio . Peccato perché le cotture erano perfette e il maialino davvero tenero con il grasso quasi dolce. Il dessert fatto bene ma non mi ha convinta l’accoppiamento con la crema di arancia e il Grand Marnier che alla fine sovrapponeva dolce con dolce risultando secondo me un po’ stucchevole. Un plauso alle due signorine che servivano nelle due piccolissime salette per la deliziosa disponibilità.Q

Wine cellar not gigantic but adequate, with large loans from local production such as the vespaiolo from the San Bartolomeo winery and the Maculan torcolato. Elegant, well-kept environment, perfect music for such an environment. Perhaps the tables are a little too close together and everyone listens to everyone's conversations. Very pleasant and very well trained staff. Small appetizer offered, cherry tomato stuffed with ricotta and fried on a bed of rocket. Fettuccine with asparagus, bigoli with toresan, roast suckling pig, Bassanese asparagus, chocolate cake with orange cream and orange liqueur. Perhaps the only complaint is a slightly too heavy hand in the condiments but above all with the salt which I found decidedly excessive in the first two. I prefer to feel the flavor of the primary ingredients, such as asparagus, which, being delicate, do not withstand too large a load of various additions, and bigoli a little too full of oil. Too bad because the cooking was perfect and the pork really tender with almost sweet fat. The dessert is done well but I was not convinced by the pairing with the orange cream and the Grand Marnier which at the end superimposed sweet with sweet resulting in my opinion a little cloying. A praise to the two young ladies who served in the two very small rooms for their delightful availability

Davvero notevole la qualità delle pietanze offerte dal ristorante. Così com'e' stato eccellente il servizio e la cortesia da parte del personale. In tutte le portate è stata trasmessa la passione per la cucina, la cura e gli abbinamenti delle materie prime sono stati sorprendenti. Conto adeguato.

Piccolo locale molto accogliente, con un servizio attento e competente, anche nella scelta dei vini. I piatti sono sempre di alta qualità e seguono la stagionalità dei prodotti, garantendo un’assoluta soddisfazione del palato, anche l’occhio esce soddisfatto! Una nota particolare va alla meringata di frutta …. Spettacolare!! Si ritorna sempre molto volentieri

Prima volta in questo delizioso ristorante, anche se lo avevo adocchiato da tempo. Ottima cucina, dall'antipasto al dolce. Ci dovrò tornare. Lo consiglio vivamente.
First time in this delightful restaurant, even though I had been eyeing it for some time. Excellent cuisine, from appetizers to desserts. I'll have to go back. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic lunch. Glad we decided to try this place as this was not a planned visit. FOOD: Fantastic food. We ordered truffle fondue, rotisserie pigeon, lobster pasta, and lamb chops. Rotisserie pigeon was local specialty, and it was my first time trying pidgeon. It was definitely good but also a lot smaller than chicken. Pasta was well cooked with tasty sauce. Lamb chops were excellent but I would request for less salt next time. The highlight was the truffle fondue. It was the best dish. Loved the combination of egg cheese and truffle. This was new experience and would definitely order again. Overall great food and we were offered light appetizer and liqueur (pictured) PRICE: I would go above average. Appetizer, pasta, two main, water, and wine = €70 SERVICE: Fantastic service. I believe the place is owned and ran by family: Mom and pop in the kitchen and daughter managing the floor. Spoke English well and friendly. LOCATION. Easy find. The town is relatively small and the restaurant is about 100m from the church. OVERALL: Good restaurant and worth a visit if you are near.
