Dalla strada si scorge poco della struttura. Parcheggio, consigliato dal parcheggiatore. Mi avvio verso il ristorante. Come dicevo, si nota poco della struttura. Sembra un osservatorio per la fauna, mimetizzato nel verde. Arrivato sotto l'arco dell'entrata, mi viene l'esclamazione WOW ? Mi trovo una meravigliosa tettoia in legno ben strutturata. Con alberi scortecciati, in bella vista che mantengono tutta la struttura. Ci saranno circa 150 posti a sedere, oltre ad un salone interno con altri 300 posti, circa. Tutti tavoli e panche in legno. mi siedo e poco dopo arriva un ragazzo che mi porta acqua e una bottiglia di spumante MILLESIMATO freschissima, come l'acqua dei fiumi che sgorga della sorgente. Senza dire niente, cominciano ad arrivare antipasti crudi poi cotti di pesce ??. Poi passo al secondo ??? Non sono riuscito a mangiare tutto. Strano, dato la mia stazza 105 kg potevo impegnarmi di più ? È ora di sorbetto, accompagnato da bignè e biscotti secchi. Alla fine caffè "macchiato" Sambuca ☕? Personale cordiale e qualità buona. Si pranza con un menù della casa che permette comunque delle varianti. Rapporto prezzo/qualità molto buono. Da provare. Large, very nice and welcoming place.
