★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale, sito di fronte al lago grande di Ganzirri, esibisce con una certa sprezzatura il buon vecchio nome di "trattoria" italiana. Ed è forse questa consapevole opzione linguistica che ce l'ha fatto scegliere. In effetti è una buona trattoria, gestita bene e ben frequentata (vi abbiamo fatto accesso un lunedì di fine settembre, fine stagione estiva, ed era pieno). Abbiamo preso un antipasto della casa, un piatto di linguine all'astice, degli involtini di pescespada, un contorno di melanzane grigliate e degli ottimo sorbetti al limone e al mandarino. Tutto ben cucinato e ben servito. Porzione abbondante le linguine. Rapporto qualità e prezzo eccellente (involtini 10€, linguine 18€). Lo consigliamo.
Di fronte alla trattoria abbiamo ripreso in un breve filmato la visione notturna del lago: un posto di quiete e di gradevole aspetto in una città come Messina che si fa cogliere troppo spesso in angoli dove domina l'incuria).
 The restaurant, located in front of the large lake of Ganzirri, exhibits with a certain contempt the good old name of Italian "trattoria". And it is perhaps this conscious linguistic option that made us choose. In fact it is a good trattoria, well managed and well attended (we entered it on a Monday in late September, the end of the summer season, and it was full). We had an appetizer of the house, a plate of linguine with lobster, some swordfish rolls, a side of grilled aubergines and some excellent lemon and mandarin sorbets. All well cooked and well served. Abundant portion linguine. Excellent quality and price ratio (rolls € 10, linguine € 18). We recommend it.
In front of the restaurant we filmed the night vision of the lake in a short film: a quiet and pleasant place in a city like Messina that is too often caught in corners where neglect dominates).

Our meals were served quickly and we were all very happy with the high quality of the food and careful presentation.
There is a friendly and cosy atmosphere and also welcoming to families with young children.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small seafood restaurant full with locals, the staff is very friendly and they speak English. Almost everything on the menu is some kind of seafood that my son is not a great fan of, but it was no problem to order a plain tomato spaghetti for him, which is not even on the menu. The waiter was very friendly, at the end he invited us for two espressos, obviously not many tourists come here, so we were some kind of attraction. You won't regret coming here.
