★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo ospiti dell'albergo, e "di conseguenza" ci siamo fidati di cenare nel ristorante "La Bugia" che si trova nel cortile interno, per comodità.
Abbiamo trovato un ristorante elegante e accogliente, il nostro tavolo era stato apparecchiato nella stanza prima della cucina, quasi un prive che noi 6 abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo!
Un menù semplice ma di un livello sorprendente!!!
E la cantina... Woow
 We were guests of the hotel, and "consequently" we trusted to dine in the restaurant "La Bugia" which is located in the inner courtyard, for convenience.
We found an elegant and welcoming restaurant, our table had been set in the room before the kitchen, almost a prive that the 6 of us really enjoyed!
A simple menu but of a surprising level !!!
And the cellar ... Woow

We have have been absolutely delighted to have this seemingly simple but highly tasteful menu. If you plan to make a detour to have your tastebuds tempted, this is a place to mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I spent many hours with Claudio taking a cooking class from him in his restaurant. A kind and patient man sharing his passion for Tuscan food. We took away many lessons from him as we prepared 6 dishes. Bring your appetite because after preparing the dishes you eat! Great experience and would do it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fabulous service and meals. The Chef surprised us with his hospitality, he paid special attention to our need of his explanation of the menus cuisine and our appetite wishes. He made our dining experience very memorable. Great menu selection, perfect local selections of fine cuisine and wines. We’ll be back this way again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good traditional Tuscan restaurant. Locally grown ingredients and cooked with great passion by Chef Claudio.
Price is average+, approx €140 for four people plus wine.
We had the rabbit, beef and rooster, all were extremely well prepared and seriously addictive.
The service was one of the best in all of my restaurant visits in Tuscany.
The place itself is from a Disney movie, classic Italian..
An absolute must go.
