Gestore e dipendenti cordiali.. E i tavoli caratteristici..con le bucce delle mandarla.. Bellisssimooo! Consigliatissimo. Pizza of yesteryear ... Insomma se passi da Misterbianco non puoi non fermarti all Buccia. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di salumi e formaggi ben riempito e poi due pizze il cui impasto era perfetto, ben cotte e la crosta croccante, i condimenti buonissimi. Il personale gentilissimo, premuroso e sempre attento alle nostre richieste. Unica pecca, per cui 4 stelle, è il fatto che non chiedessero il Green Pass. Very nice and well kept place, excellent food. We had a well filled salami and cheese appetizer and then two pizzas whose dough was perfect, well cooked and the crispy crust, the toppings very good. The staff were very kind, attentive and always attentive to our requests. The only flaw, for which 4 stars, is the fact that they did not ask for the Green Pass.

Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di scegliere la pizza con diversi tipo di impasti e di fare anche le pizze "maritate" come nel mio caso ho preso una pizza metà Zuccosa e metà Limonella(foto allegata) con un normale impasto. Consiglio di provare questo ristorante che oltre alle pizze serve anche primi e secondi.
