Cristian ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso sincero e insieme a suo fratello lo chef Roberto Mainardis ti accompagno in un viaggio fatto di sapori, tradizioni e origini , quelle della loro terra , del loro paese natio... Viaso. L'eleganza rustica della sala ristorante e il paesaggio circostante fanno da cornice perfetta. Il cibo è sublime...Roberto è maestro nel riportare in tavola i sapori di un tempo, unendoli in chiave moderna e ricercata.
