Ordiniamo due Nikita smart con abbinamento di vini.
Cibo veramente buono e ottima esperienza se non fosse per delle pecche non da poco conto.
La prima è stata quella di ricevere lo stesso vino di abbinamento per due portate differenti, il sommelier sembrava molto di fuga in quel momento.
La seconda, molto più grave, è che una volta arrivato il dolce faccio notare che durante il servizio è mancata la consegna di una portata salata. Questa totale mancanza di attenzione ha in un certo modo rovinato completamente l'esperienza del menù in quanto lo ha sbilanciato e ci ha fatto sentire trascurati.
Hanno cercato di rimediare con un dessert al posto del piatto salato. Lo chef è uscito e si è scusato di persona. Nel conto ci hanno offerto due calici di prosecco e una bottiglia d'acqua.
A mio parere questa svista ha completamente rovinato l'esperienza. Dispiace.

We order two Nikita smart with wine pairing.
Really good food and great experience if it weren't for some major flaws.
The first was to receive the same pairing wine for two different courses, the sommelier seemed very much of an escape at the time.
The second, much more serious, is that once the dessert arrived, I point out that during the service a salty dish was not delivered. This total lack of attention has somehow completely ruined the menu experience as it unbalanced it and made us feel neglected.
They tried to make up for it with a dessert instead of the savory dish. The chef came out and apologized in person. In the bill they offered us two glasses of prosecco and a bottle of water.
In my opinion this oversight completely ruined the experience. Sorry.

Molto consigliabile per coppie che vogliono festeggiare il anniversario o semplicemente passare una serata in due .

The dishes are well cared for down to the smallest detail.
The staff were very welcoming and attentive to the smallest things.
I had a wonderful and romantic evening with my girlfriend. We enjoyed the quiet moment with extravagant dishes.
Highly recommended for couples who want to celebrate their anniversary or just spend an evening for two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metti un sabato di novembre, con il cielo che si confonde con il mare... La vista dal tavolo del ristorante mette in pace con il mondo. Il locale è minimale, ma allo stesso tempo elegante e confortevole. Il menù "Percorso Nikita Smart" è decisamente interessante, con piatti dal sapore deciso, a volte "spavaldo". Notevoli le materie prime e indiscutibile la tecnica. L'ex locale del magistrale Aurelio Damiani ha trovato un degno sostituto, che ha portato gioventù e freschezza. Merita senz'altro una ulteriore visita.
Put on a Saturday in November, with the sky merging with the sea ... The view from the restaurant table puts you at peace with the world. The place is minimal, but at the same time elegant and comfortable. The "Nikita Smart Path" menu is decidedly interesting, with dishes with a strong flavor, sometimes "bold". The raw materials are remarkable and the technique is indisputable. The ex restaurant of the magistral Aurelio Damiani has found a worthy replacement, which has brought youth and freshness. Definitely worth a further visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevamo provare la nuova “stella” marchigiana 2022 e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Il posto è molto curato ed il personale attento e gentile. Abbiamo scelto il menu “Nikita Smart” di 5 portate selezionate dallo chef. Abbiamo iniziato con le entrees e il gelato di insalata russa che ci hanno subito stupiti. I piatti oltre che ben proposti, ci sono piaciuti per una complessità di sapori che non fa stancare il palato. Raccomandato!
We wanted to try the new "star" of the Marches 2022 and we were satisfied with it. The place is very nice and the staff are attentive and kind. We chose the 5-course “Nikita Smart” menu selected by the chef. We started with the entrées and the Russian salad ice cream which immediately amazed us. The dishes as well as well proposed, we liked for a complexity of flavors that does not tire the palate. Recommended!

The appetizer (burrata on a pumpkin cream) was very good, and my friend had pasta with potatos, seafood and pistacchio which was fantastic. I then had a green risotto with cardamom which I didn't like: cardamom was too dominant and covered any other taste and the cream was too fat. Perhaps the desire to impress went a bit too far there and overall the taste was not well balanced and the dish was not really enjoyable. Beside that, good wine selection and great service at reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried the Menu and we enjoyed most of the dishes. Very interesting combinations of ingredients and flavours which we appreciated most of the times. A negative note for the oyster and scallop dishes: the shellfish was too frozen and accompanied with very strong ingredients which made the "sea taste" disappear. Excellent service, amazing wine list at super fair price. We definitely recommend the restaurant, next time we will try the a la carte menu
