Un gustoso angolo di Cina a Porto Sant'Elpidio. Il menù é quello che ci si aspetterebbe: tre o quattro versioni diverse per alimento base, paste e riso per i primi, anatra, maiale e pollo per i secondi, con qualche azzardo di gamberi e pesce locale ed i soliti antipasti e dolci. C'è gran riguardo per le cotture ed il morso dei cibi é sempre piacevolmente della giusta consistenza, speziato e non anestetico, croccante il giusto, leggermente più sapido ma nei limiti. Magari non sarà adatto per una cenetta romantica, ma per uno sfizio a pranzo o a cena é più che consigliato. Small and welcoming restaurant, almost spartan.
