Un ristorante tipico e grazioso dove degustare piatti unici della trazione calabrese. Originale il modo di servire gli antipasti ricchi e abbondanti, primi piatti gustosi, ampia scelta di vini, etichette locali e non. Ed in fine i liquori digestivi dai sapori più ricercati, rigorosamente prodotti dallo stesso ristorante. Il personale accogliente e professionale. Esperienza positiva, consigliato. On the streets of taste, a stop at the old Serrastretta chestnut is a must. A typical and charming restaurant where you can taste unique Calabrian dishes. The way of serving rich and abundant appetizers, tasty first courses, a wide choice of wines, local and non-local labels is original. And finally the digestive liqueurs with the most refined flavors, strictly produced by the same restaurant. The welcoming and professional staff. Positive experience, recommended.

L'interno si presenta molto bene, alle pareti ci sono foto storiche della tradizione della montagna con alcuni attrezzi: il macinino da caffè, l'attrezzo che serviva per mettere i tappi di sughero alle bottiglie ed altro. Alle pareti ci sono anche dei quadretti con le ricette della casa. Il cibo è buonissimo e non c'è il rischio di dover scegliere tra le solite pietanze. Ho mangiato, per esempio, la pasta con ortiche e funghi, paccheri con ricotta e noci, come secondo due diverse parti di maiale con le castagne, alcune salse, affettati ed altro. Tutto veramente eccellente. Infine i liquori della casa hanno deliziato il palato con il loro sapore originale. Sul prezzo non posso dire nulla per i motivi di cui sopra. Da provare senza il rischio di restare delusi I was invited to this place that I did not know together with other people, by three dear friends. The interior looks very good, on the walls there are historical photos of the mountain tradition with some tools: the coffee grinder, the tool that was used to put the corks on the bottles and more. On the walls there are also pictures with the recipes of the house. The food is delicious and there is no risk of having to choose between the usual dishes. I ate, for example, pasta with nettles and mushrooms, paccheri with ricotta and walnuts, as a second course, two different parts of pork with chestnuts, some sauces, cold cuts and more. All truly excellent. Finally, the liqueurs of the house delighted the palate with their original flavor. I cannot say anything about the price for the above reasons. Try it without the risk of being disappointed

Consigliatissimo l'antipasto della casa con parecchie portate che hanno come base i salumi di produzione locale, dal capicollo alla pancetta, alle olive, il formaggio il miele di castagno. I primi sono fenomenali, soprattutto quelli con i prodotti di stagione. Io ho preso dei tagliolini noci e ricotta, fatti con farina di castagne. I dolci sono fenomenali, ovviamente fatti da loro. Il personale è competente, discreto ma attentissimo e cordiale. Il locale è garbato, accogliente, luminoso. Spicca la parete piena di vini, anche molto ricercati. Tappa imperdibile.... The cuisine is excellent. The house appetizer is highly recommended with several courses based on locally produced cured meats, from capicollo to pancetta, olives, cheese and chestnut honey. The former are phenomenal, especially those with seasonal products. I took some noodles with walnuts and ricotta, made with chestnut flour. The desserts are phenomenal, obviously made by them. The staff is competent, discreet but very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is polite, welcoming, bright. The wall full of wines, also highly sought after, stands out. Unmissable stop ....
