Sono rimasto un po’ deluso dagli stringozzi al tartufo, sapevano di burro ma il tartufo si sentiva poco o niente..Buono il filetto di cinghiale e il tris di selvaggina Restaurant near the Lake of Turano, home-made atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, good value for money. Una cucina rustica e casereccia d'altri tempi. Sapori che difficilmente trovi in altri posti. Una generazione che serve da anni un posto per quale va prenotato in anticipo altrimenti rischi anche di non pranzare il sabato e la domenica. Il sapore di quei funghi che trovi in pochi posti. Addirittura chi toglie una stella per un problema alla macchina... allucinante ( cioè dovrebbero spianare una montagna per creare dei parcheggi? Faccio parlare le foto con alcuni dei piatti assaporati. Grazie di esistere Ristorante Il Tartufo di Stipes, ogni volta ringrazio la signora in cucina per le delizie che ci prepara. É un piacere farsi un'oretta di macchina da Roma per venire a mangiare in questo ottimo ristorante. Restaurant that has raw materials of the highest quality and that knows how to work them at best. Friendly and efficient staff. It is a pleasure to drive about an hour from Rome to come and eat in this excellent restaurant.

Sicuramente si mangia molto bene, visto che la cucina è governata da vere e proprie "donne di casa" che di cucinare sanno certamente il fatto loro. Da ritornarci per un pasto, sicuramente. I only stopped here to kindly use my lady and I from their (clean) bathroom; naturally for the trouble we had two coffees at the counter. Surely you eat very well, since the kitchen is governed by real "housewives" who certainly know their stuff about cooking. To go back for a meal, for sure.

Menu fisso per il due giugno: ottima sia la qualità dei prodotti che la varietà dei piatti: le porzioni sono normali per i ristoranti del posto, abbondanti per chi è abituato in città :) ! Ho molto apprezzato il modo in cui è stata cucinata la selvaggina! Lo consiglio! Restaurant located in a quiet town, to visit because it has a beautiful view over the Turano lake and towards the lower Sabina; moreover it is very characteristic as a village. Fixed menu for June 2nd: both the quality of the products and the variety of dishes are excellent: the portions are normal for local restaurants, plentiful for those used to the city :)! I loved the way the game was cooked! I advise!

Questa volta ci siamo accontentati di qualche bruschetta (una ai funghi ed una al tartufo), i buonissimi ceci in guazzetto, una polenta con sugo di salsiccia e spuntature e delle spettacolari pappardelle al cinghiale. Per concludere una crostata alle visciole, un'altra ricotta e scorze d'arancia ed una panna cotta guarnita con creme caramel. Oltre alla cucina, un applauso anche al servizio! How not to succumb to the temptations of a menu that sees goodness of all kinds ?! This time we were satisfied with some bruschetta (one with mushrooms and one with truffles), the delicious chickpeas in stew, a polenta with sausage and ribs sauce and the spectacular pappardelle with wild boar. To finish a tart with sour cherries, another ricotta and orange peel and a panna cotta garnished with creme caramel. In addition to the kitchen, a round of applause also for the service!
