★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On May 13, 2019, we had one of the “degustation” menus, the “Aqua”. While the presentation was nice, we were not impressed by the flavors of any of the dishes. Given the one Michelin star, we expected at the very least to be blown away by the quality/taste/flavors - it was not there, very disappointing. It is hard to believe that on an impromptu visit Michelin would give them any stars. It was also difficult to understand the server's description of each dish, in either English or Italian (my native language).

I am not going to comment on the cuisine, as tastes are personal and relatively different to each one of us.
The atmosphere and the service were excellent.
To be one star Michelin it excel any one star restaurant in London.
British chefs should learn from chef Massimiliano.
I am always amazed by the quality of simplicity
