F	Francesco Picciariello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, primi e secondi arrivati praticamente freddi dopo circa 2 ore di attesa, infatti abbiamo lasciato quasi tutto. I camerieri sono lentissimi e poco cordiali, dimenticando costantemente di portarci menu, acqua e vino. Le posate sono state praticamente lanciate sul tavolo e ognuno di noi le ha distribuite. Siamo entrati alle 14 e siamo usciti alle 18 veramente scontenti, pagando in più rispetto ai prezzi indicati sul menu. Nota divertente, la proprietaria ha bisogno di un ingegnere della Nasa per riuscire a calcolare 280/10, almeno siamo usciti col sorriso. The waiters are very slow and not very friendly, constantly forgetting to bring us menus, water and wine. The cutlery was practically thrown on the table and each of us distributed them. We entered at 2pm and left at 6pm really unhappy, paying more than the prices indicated on the menu. Funny note, the owner needs a NASA engineer to be able to calculate 280/10, at least we came out with a smile. Avoid it

Consiglio l'antipasto: ricco di salumi, formaggi con il miele, ricotta calda, mozzarelline, funghi, crocchette, nduja. Anche i primi sono ottimi, in particolar modo i primi ai funghi. I secondi di carne sono deliziosi e cucinati divinamente, personalmente preferisco la grigliata di carne con patate della Sila. Grande scelta di vini. I dolci sono deliziosi. Staff sempre gentile fin dell'accoglienza e sempre disponibile con il cliente. Locale accogliente e sotto le feste natalizie è ancora più bello e suggestivo, con l'atmosfera giusta. Il Nibbio is always the Top with unmistakable flavors and deeply linked to local traditions. I recommend the starter: rich in cold cuts, cheeses with honey, warm ricotta, mozzarella, mushrooms, croquettes, nduja. The first courses are also excellent, especially the first with mushrooms. The main courses of meat are delicious and divinely cooked, personally I prefer the grilled meat with potatoes from Sila. Great choice of wines. The desserts are delicious. Staff always polite right from the reception and always available with the customer. Cozy place and during the Christmas holidays it is even more beautiful and evocative, with the right atmosphere.

Abbiamo prenotato per venire a mangiare e ci hanno lasciato un'ora al tavolo nonostante vari richiami senza portarci neanche l'acqua e con l'aria condizionata sparata in faccia. Abbiamo più volte chiesto di spegnerla/ di portare menu eccetera ma in tutto ciò il cameriere era palesemente seccato. Nonostante la prenotazione da un giorno riusciamo a mangiare gli antipasti dopo un'ora e mezza. Per il pranzo siamo stati 4 ore. I camerieri ci hanno beatamente ignorato quasi tutte le richieste e le volte in cui ci hanno cagato hanno sbagliato le comande. Il vino della casa sembrava acqua e vino di mia nonna. Il locale in aggiunta aveva un pavimento zeppo di acqua e scivolosissimo, le sedie slittavano continuamente. Per ultimo, sul menù c'era scritto un prezzo per il coperto ma la ragazza alla cassa ci ha detto che c'era un errore di stampa e ci ha fatto pagare di più. Veramente non consigliato. Bad experience. Personale disattento, a tratti confuso, le posate non venivano portate, le pietanze erano tiepide o fredde, l’ insalata completamente scondita e l’olio più volte chiesto e mai portato, si sono dimenticati un secondo che non è mai arrivato. Prezzo del coperto 2 euro sul menu, ma in cassa ci dicono che in realtà è 3 euro. Non ci torneremo più, siamo usciti da lì alle 18 passate. Partiamo dal fatto che appena entrati, ore 14.00, dopo aver prenotato con 24 ore di anticipo, il pavimento era così scivoloso che ho dovuto camminare strisciando i piedi per terra letteralmente. Dopo aver ordinato, gli antipasti sono arrivati alle 15.30, dopo ben 90 minuti! Formaggi e salumi buoni, sottaceti e sottoli un po' meno. I primi sono arrivati freddi e tardi, alle 16.30. Addirittura alle 17.30 mi dicono di aver dimenticato il mio secondo (che poi non è mai arrivato). L'unica cosa buona era l'acqua: almeno per quella il tempo di attesa medio era solo di 20 minuti. Nel conto prezzi maggiorati rispetto al menu. E su 280euro di spesa (di cibo che faceva pena) mi hanno tolto appena 5 euro per il salmone che non hanno mai portato. Durante il "pranzo" (direi più durante il soggiorno che pranzo) sono venuti più volte a chiederci di cambiare il secondo.. praticamente non avevano niente in cucina Sconsigliato assolutamente! Siamo stati qui due volte e ritorneremo sicuramente.. Nice and simple place. Excellent food .. And also absolutely fair prices ... The starter is very abundant and very good! Ambiente accogliente,personale cordiale e attento, antipasto ricchissimo con prodotti di qualità e del posto, primi buoni, ottimo anche il secondo scelto e il dolce. Ritornerò sicuramente. We first went to this restaurant on Sunday for lunch. Welcoming environment, friendly and attentive staff, rich appetizer with quality local products, good first courses, excellent second course and dessert too. I will definitely go back.

Qualità del cibo indiscutibile, dai primi piatti fino al dolce. Io vi consiglio questo percorso gastronomico: Un bel primo piatto a base di funghi (porcini o quelli più freschi che vi consigliano loro stessi) poi prendete il mega tagliere con i salumi, formaggi, fritti, sott’oli e ogni ben di Dio Il Nibbio is a fantastic place, furnished with taste and many little "gems" that bring back to the Calabrian traditions. Indisputable quality of food, from first courses to dessert. I recommend this gastronomic journey: A nice first course based on mushrooms (porcini or the fresher ones that they recommend themselves) then take the mega cutting board with cold cuts, cheeses, fried foods, pickles and all kinds of goodies
