Il personale è gentile, ti serve con cura, è attento alle esigenze di ognuno. I prezzi sono molto accessibili, modici, per tutte le tipologie di persone:un primo, un secondo, oppure una fetta di pizza, oppure soltanto un contorno o una fetta di dolce. Il tutto dipende dal tempo che ha a disposizione, o dal contante che si ha in tasca. La carta di credito o bancomat non è ancora disponibile. La cosa simpatica è che la cameriera (proprietaria), passa una locandina gigante, tra i tavoli, per far scegliere il menù. Io mi sono trovato bene, e ci sono ritornato. Complimenti alla signora Maria, la proprietaria, e al cuoco che prepara delle pietanze gustose e da masterchef. Una pizza veloce con ingredienti buoni. L'handicap più visibile è l'assenza del forno a legna ma a questo si potrebbe sopperire lavorando la pasta in modo da renderla più morbida e la pizza più alta. È lo spessore della pizza che copre tante defalliance tra cui quelle che derivano dalla cottura in forno elettrico. Un consiglio: proviamo ad "arieggiare" di più la pasta e magari un pizzico di lievito e di tempo per la lievitazione in più e si potrà essere piu competitivi. Comunque un discreto "posto, posto al posto giusto" In bocca al lupo. ? Nothing in particular. Without particular demands. Eravamo di rientro dal mare e poco prima dell'imbocco della superstrada per Agropoli-Battipaglia ci fermiamo a sera in questo ristorante/pizzeria, molto semplice ma ordinato e funzionale quanto basta. Io abitualmente ordino sempre una pizza come assaggio, quella che mi servono anche se con forno elettrico è ben fragrante e croccante (provola-friggitelli e pancetta), ottima e sorprendente considerato il forno. Le patate fritte ordinate per i figli sono quelle fatte in casa, non le solite delle buste surgelate e si sente. Passando ai primi, gnocchetti con datterini e guanciale.. e che guanciale, si scioglieva in bocca tanto era buono e impreziosiva il resto! Anche le linguine ai gamberetti di mia moglie filavano giuste senza risultare asciutte. Per finire i dolci di pasticceria erano buoni e ancor più buona era la loro crema catalana. Un cenno di merito alle ragazze, tutte sorridenti, sempre disponibili e carine (conduzione familiare). Un plauso vero, ci avete fatto dimenticare il triste ritorno da quella fantastica terra che è il Cilento! Solar and welcoming like the name. We were returning from the sea and just before the entrance to the highway for Agropoli-Battipaglia we stop in the evening in this restaurant / pizzeria, very simple but tidy and functional enough. I usually always order a pizza as a tasting, the one I serve even if with an electric oven is very fragrant and crunchy (provola-friggitelli and pancetta), excellent and surprising considering the oven. The fries ordered for the children are the homemade ones, not the usual frozen bags and you can hear it. Moving on to the first courses, gnocchetti with datterini and bacon .. and what a guanciale, it melted in your mouth, it was so good and enriched the rest! My wife's linguine with shrimp also ran right without being dry. Finally, the pastry desserts were good and their creme brulee was even better. A nod to the girls, all smiling, always available and nice (family run). A real applause, you made us forget the sad return from that fantastic land that is Cilento!
