★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo ristorante durante il periodo delle feste natalizie e devo dire che è stata una gustosa e piacevole scoperta che alza notevolmente il livello della ristorazione scannese (insieme all'enoteca Alla Fonte). Menù ricercato con ricette che rispettano le materie prime locali di qualità. In tre abbiamo assaggiato i fagottini di cervo su fonduta di caciocavallo (foto) - davvero buonissimi -, la genovese di anatra, lo spezzatino di cinghiale con patate arrosto e la pancia di maiale cotta a bassa temperatura: tutto ottimo e presentato con cura. Valgono una menzione anche i dolci e la carta dei vini che predilige prodotti del territorio e non delude sotto nessun aspetto. I proprietari sono gentili e si percepisce la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro e nell'accoglienza dei clienti che vogliono far sentire a casa. Consigliatissimo!!
I was in this restaurant during the Christmas holidays and I must say that it was a tasty and pleasant discovery that considerably raises the level of the Scannese restaurant (together with the Alla Fonte wine shop). Sophisticated menu with recipes that respect local quality raw materials. The three of us tasted the deer bundles on caciocavallo fondue (photo) - really delicious -, the duck genovese, the wild boar stew with roast potatoes and the pork belly cooked at low temperature: all excellent and presented with care. The desserts and the wine list that favors local products and does not disappoint in any respect are also worth a mention. The owners are kind and you can feel the passion they put in their work and in welcoming customers who want to feel at home. Highly recommended !!
