Buona qualità dei propri piatti, ottimo servizio, buona l'attesa tra l'ordine e l'arrivo del piatto. Che altro dire....è da ritornarci. Dovessi assegnare un voto da 1 a 10 non esiterei a dare un bel 8. I was a guest last Sunday and I was very impressed. Beautiful hospitality, friendliness, welcome, availability to customer needs. Good quality of their dishes, excellent service, good waiting between the order and the arrival of the dish. What else to say .... is to return. If I had to vote from 1 to 10 I would not hesitate to give a nice 8.

A	Antonio Di Chiara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'occasione di scoprire questo ristorante mi è stata data dal rincontrare un carissimo amico palermitano in trasferta a Benevento in una fredda serata autunnale. L'accesso al ristorante non è proprio dei migliori, lungo una discesa ostruita anche dalle macchine, ma arrivati davanti alla porta d'ingresso ti accorgi subito del livello superiore di questo locale. E ti sembra di essere quasi a casa, perché Antonio, lo chef, e la moglie ti accolgono in maniera gentile e ti coccolano dall'inizio alla fine. Il fatto di presentarsi, ancora prima del menù, con uno spumante di Falanghina e dei tocchetti di prosciutto e formaggio serviti in un piccolo barattolo di vetro, come entrée, ha fatto si che le uniche parole pronunciate dopo aver divorato tutto sono state "avete qualcosa al baccalà?" Alla risposta affermativa il seguito è stato "Faccia lei"! E Antonio ci ha deliziati: provola alla griglia con baccalà sfilacciato; baccalà in umido con pomodorini pachino e olive; fagottini fritti ripieni di baccalà, patate e formaggio. E per ultimo.....la loro tagliata di marchigiana! Il tutto innaffiato con un davvero molto buono aglianico bio. Alla fine della giostra....un semifreddo innaffiato con lo strega, il liquore tipico di Benevento. Che dire: abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene con materia prima di primissima scelta e cucinata davvero con sapienza e competenza! Davvero un ristorante da consigliare! E non da ultimo un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo...una graditissima sorpresa! Grazie ad Antonio ed alla consorte! The opportunity to discover this restaurant was given to me by meeting a dear friend from Palermo on a trip to Benevento on a cold autumn evening. Access to the restaurant is not exactly the best, along a descent also blocked by cars, but arrived in front of the front door you immediately notice the upper level of this place. And you seem to be almost at home, because Antonio, the chef, and his wife welcome you kindly and pamper you from beginning to end. The fact of presenting, even before the menu, with a Falanghina sparkling wine and pieces of ham and cheese served in a small glass jar, such as entrée, has meant that the only words spoken after having devoured everything were "you have something with cod? " To the affirmative answer the following was "Do her"! And Antonio has delighted us: grilled provola with frayed cod; stockfish stewed with cherry tomatoes and olives; fried dumplings stuffed with cod, potatoes and cheese. And finally ..... their cut of Marche! All washed down with a very good organic aglianico. At the end of the carousel .... a semifreddo washed down with the witch, the typical Benevento liqueur. What to say: we ate really well with raw materials of first choice and cooked really with wisdom and competence! Really a restaurant to recommend! And last but not least a good quality / price ratio ... a very welcome surprise! Thanks to Antonio and his wife!
