Solo alcuni piatti, secondo il mio gusto personale, li ho trovati leggermente salati.
Premetto che io tendenzialmente mangio insipido.
Rapporto qualità/ prezzo.....
Non vi so dire , ero ospite e non ho pagato io.
Per sentito dire , dicono che hanno i prezzi molto onesti.
Per il servizio e la cortesia di 5 stelle.
La signora che ci ha serviti è stata molto gentile e ha assecondato le nostre richieste.
A nostro favore ,il fatto che c'era poca gente a cena, e quindi si sono dedicati meglio al nostro tavolo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ristorante a conduzione che non mi aspettavo. La passione Ferrari tra le pietanze di pesce: 2 mie passioni in un solo luogo. Mi è piaciuta molto la passerina con marchio del posto e gli scampi in padella. Un plauso va agli ingredienti base utilizzati, come l'olio e il pomodoro nei bomboletti. Gli antipasti abbondanti ti fanno difficilmente arrivare al primo o secondo piatto. La grigliata semplicemente fantastica.
La quinta stella va per la cottura perfetta del filetto di tonno dal sapore incredibile. Cameriere molto simpatico ed efficiente.
Consiglierei uno schermo gigante per la proiezione dei gran premi di F1 e moto GP.
A run restaurant that I wasn't expecting. The Ferrari passion among fish dishes: 2 passions of mine in one place. I really liked the passerina with the local brand and the prawns in the pan. A praise goes to the basic ingredients used, such as oil and tomato in cans. The abundant appetizers make you difficult to get to the first or second course. The simply fantastic barbecue.
The fifth star goes for the perfect cooking of the tuna fillet with an incredible flavor. Very nice and efficient waiter.
I would recommend a giant screen for the projection of the F1 and Moto GP grand prix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante insolito per mangiare il pesce. Insolita la location sulle colline di Acquaviva ed insolito il tragitto per arrivarci con poche segnalazioni ed il rischio di passare oltre. Insolita anche l'ambientazione visto che sembra più di stare in un ristorante a Maranello, considerando i quadri i poster e i cimeli inneggianti alla Ferrari, che sulle colline marchigiane prospicienti il mare. Ed infatti tutte queste cose insolite fanno si che tutte le volte in cui ci sono stato, nel fine settimana, l'ho sempre trovato poco affollato....ma tutte le volte ho confermato le mie buone impressioni. Pesce cucinato e presentato in modo tradizionale e senza sorprese. Porzioni abbondanti, sapori conosciuti, servizio veloce e senza fronzoli e prezzo più che onesto.
Sembra un Ristorante di altri tempi dove ritrovare quel modo di cucinare e presentare il pesce che ci ricorda antichi e semplici sapori, senza sorprese e senza rischiosi esperimenti. Si esce soddisfatti di questa parentesi di ospitalità tradizionale. Da ritornarci.
Unusual restaurant for eating fish. The location on the hills of Acquaviva is unusual and the journey to get there is unusual with few signs and the risk of passing further. The setting is also unusual as it seems more like being in a restaurant in Maranello, considering the paintings, posters and memorabilia praising Ferrari, than on the Marche hills overlooking the sea. And in fact all these unusual things mean that every time I have been there, on the weekend, I have always found it uncrowded .... but every time I have confirmed my good impressions. Fish cooked and presented in a traditional way and without surprises. Generous portions, familiar flavors, fast, no-nonsense service and a more than fair price.
It looks like a restaurant of other times where you can find that way of cooking and presenting fish that reminds us of ancient and simple flavors, without surprises and without risky experiments. We leave satisfied with this interlude of traditional hospitality. To go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate here in July. Make a reservation in advance. We had primi (risotto and a pasta) and a mixed grilled fish as secondo - both were really excellent. Very fresh and beautifully cooked. A very good price for the quality and quantity of food too.
