β β β β β Delicious restaurant with friendly staff near Milan's Central Station. At 8 pm on a Wednesday in January, the place was nearly empty. Got seated right away and greeted by the friendly staff. I had heard that the "national dish of Milan" is risotto saffron with osso buco. This is a veal cutlet cooked in butter with tomato sauce, and of course saffron-flavored risotto. It was a 22 euro special - a bit more than other items on the menu, but I had to give it a try.
