★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante tranquillo a gestione familiare con cucina casereccia. Buoni gli antipasti (gli affettati sono molto gustosi). Abbiamo scelto le tagliatelle fatte in casa ai porcini e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Un pò lento il servizio ma come ci ha detto il proprietario di questi tempi è difficile trovare personale e fanno loro il possibile per fare tutto da soli. Non abbiamo assaggiato i dolci ma avevano un aspetto molto invitante!
Quiet family-run restaurant with home cooking. Good appetizers (the cold cuts are very tasty). We chose the homemade tagliatelle with porcini and we were satisfied. A little slow service but as the owner told us these days it is difficult to find staff and they do everything possible to do everything themselves. We didn't taste the desserts but they looked very inviting!

Buon cibo d'ispirazione casereccia locale. Abbiamo gustato crostini misti (7€), pici del montanaro (10€), filetto di limousine ai ferri (15€), patate al forno (3.5€) e filetto di limousine alla Cantinone (20) che suggerisco di provare. Tutto molto buono ed offerto ad un prezzo commisurato alla qualità del piatto. Totale per due persone 69€ compresi coperto (2€/persona), 1lt di acqua (1.5€) e 1/2lt di vino (8€). Personale cortese e disponibile. Vista la popolarità del locale consiglio fortemente la prenotazione.
Excellent restaurant, one of the best in Abbadia San Salvatore if not the best. A single large informal, rustic and welcoming environment. Good local home-inspired food. We tasted mixed croutons (7 €), pici del montanaro (10 €), grilled limousine fillet (15 €), baked potatoes (3.5 €) and Cantinone limousine fillet (20) which I suggest you try. All very good and offered at a price commensurate with the quality of the dish. Total for two people € 69 including cover charge (€ 2 / person), 1lt of water (1.5 €) and 1 / 2lt of wine (8 €). Staff courteous and helpful. Given the popularity of the place, I strongly recommend booking.
