M	Monica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale davvero grazioso nel centro di Arsoli. Ottima cucina, genuina e curata. Piatto forte la pasta, rigorosamente fatta a mano, dai sapori delicati ed equilibrati. Ottimi gli arrosticini, teneri e saporiti. Dolci buonissimi proprio come quelli della nonna. Il proprietario gentilissimo e accogliente. Siamo entrati da sconosciuti e ci siamo sentiti subito in famiglia. Se vi trovate in zona non potete non fermarvi per un pranzo o una cena! Really nice place in the center of Arsoli. Excellent cuisine, genuine and cared for. The main dish is pasta, rigorously handmade, with delicate and balanced flavors. The kebabs are excellent, tender and tasty. Delicious desserts just like grandma's. The owner is very kind and welcoming. We entered as strangers and immediately felt like family. If you are in the area, you cannot fail to stop for a lunch or dinner!

Entriamo e ordiniamo, appunto, gli strangozzi con farina di castagne, una bistecca e i broccoletti per contorno: tutto veramente ottimo, la pasta molto particolare è stata sicuramente una gustosa sorpresa! Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile: ultra-Consigliato! We happened to be passing through Arsoli at lunchtime and we were immediately attracted by the menu posted outside the restaurant, which among other things offered pasta with chestnut flour. We go in and order, in fact, the strangozzi with chestnut flour, a steak and broccoli as a side dish: all really excellent, the very special pasta was certainly a tasty surprise! The service was also impeccable: ultra-recommended!

Pochi piatti ma tutti scelti con cura. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi con profumi e aromi particolarissimi come il salame di cinghiale o la mortadella al tartufo. Ho sentito un sapore unico e antico al Calascione, di quando eri piccola e nelle trattorie sentivi aromi di casa provenire dalle cucine. Pasta fatta in casa con sfoglia tirata a mano. Carne tipica abruzzese e tiramisù spettacolare. Un ristorante consigliatissimo, ma ha pochi tavoli e quindi importante prenotare prima. Un sentito grazie anche al gestore che con simpatia e allegria ti consiglia i piatti che ama. E l'amore dentro il cibo che fanno si sente tutto. I felt a unique and ancient flavor at Calascione, from when you were little and in the trattorias you could feel the aromas of home coming from the kitchens. Homemade pasta with hand-rolled puff pastry. Typical Abruzzo meat and spectacular tiramisu. A highly recommended restaurant, but it has few tables and therefore it is important to book in advance. A heartfelt thanks also to the manager who with sympathy and joy recommends the dishes he loves. And the love inside the food they make feels like it all.

Tutto buonissimo e genuino, dall'antipasto a base di salumi e formaggi locali, alla pasta fatta in casa condita con sughi ottimi, fino agli arrosticini. Straordinario anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio caldamente. Gentilissimo il proprietario, sempre sorridente ed affabile. It is the second time that I have lunch at the Calascione and this time too I went away satisfied. All very good and genuine, from the appetizer based on local cold cuts and cheeses, to the homemade pasta seasoned with excellent sauces, up to the kebabs. The value for money is also extraordinary. I highly recommend it. Dear owner, always smiling and affable.
