Voglio subito fare i complimenti al proprietario per la sua simpatia e professionalità: ha organizzato il suo locale e la cucina per una cena di lavoro di 10 persone provenienti da diverse parti del mondo. Parla fluentemente il russo, l’inglese e, ovviamente, l’italiano: non c’è stato alcun problema di comunicazione. Per quel che riguarda il cibo nulla su cui discutere: ricercato e caratteristico allo stesso tempo. E che dire del posto… basti pensare che abbiamo mangiato seduti tra gli alberi più alti d’Europa. A presto! Happy to write a positive review for this restaurant. I immediately want to congratulate the owner for his friendliness and professionalism: he organized his restaurant and kitchen for a business dinner for 10 people from different parts of the world. He is fluent in Russian, English and, of course, Italian: there was no communication problem. As for the food, nothing to discuss: refined and characteristic at the same time. And what about the place ... just think that we ate sitting among the tallest trees in Europe. See you soon!

Ideal for a stop after a visit to the Park. Excellent dishes with porcini mushrooms. The service could be faster but they are still very nice available.

In foto, Fonduta al tartufo e Uovo in tagliolini al tartufo che abbiamo assaggiato per la prima volta, di una squisitezza memorabile. Idem, il secondo: Filetto al tartufo con le famose patate della Sila come contorno, croccanti al punto giusto. Tutto servito all'aperto, con gli alberi secolari che ci donavano la loro ombra e l'aria che sapeva di pino. Veramente grati, consiglio a tutti di venire almeno una volta ad assaggiare delle pietanze create con passione e un'attenzione in più in termini di qualità e preparazione. We had an extraordinary sensory experience during the mid-August lunch! Chef Nicola has prepared a delicious truffle menu. In the photo, Fondue with truffles and Egg in tagliolini with truffles that we tasted for the first time, of a memorable delicacy. Ditto, the second: Fillet with truffles with the famous Sila potatoes as a side dish, crunchy to the right point. All served outdoors, with the ancient trees that gave us their shade and the air that smelled of pine. Really grateful, I recommend everyone to come at least once to taste the dishes created with passion and an extra attention in terms of quality and preparation.
