Qualsiasi richiesta fatta veniva commentata in malo modo e con modi assai sgarbati, gestione del servizio e della struttura lasciano a desiderare.
Un vero peccato per una location così bella e con un panorama fantastico.
Da evitare assolutamente.
Bad service, dishes on the verge of decency, poor service hygiene and dishes, the staff as rude as few.
Any request made was commented badly and with very rude ways, management of the service and the structure leave something to be desired.
A real shame for such a beautiful location and with a fantastic view.
To be avoided absolutely.

Location carina è molto spaziosa. Forse arredamento un po’ datato ma nel complesso un buon stile.
Cibo buono e personale di sala di piacevole presenza.
Per il prezzo non posso dire nulla in quanto sono stato invitato.

Nice location is very spacious. Perhaps a bit dated furniture but overall a good style.
Good food and pleasant wait staff.
For the price I can't say anything as I was invited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 9 nights and we had a great time.Breakfast was simple but nice. Bread, croissants, cheese, ham, cereals, cookies, cake and fruit. The view was amazing. 15 min from Iseo Lake, nearby Brescia, big outlet, Montecampione and easy to take the boat to Monte Isola. Very nice and helpfull staf, unfortunately their English is very poor. After one night the owner asked if we wanted to chance our room for a room with better view, that was very friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was good.
