★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da fuori temevo fosse un po' turistico invece il pranzo ha confermato quanto diceva mia nonna che ci era già stata, si mangia bene.
Purtroppo quasi esclusivamente pesce, in alternativa di secondo solo cose super classiche che può fare chiunque (hamburger, cotoletta...), di primo cose tipiche come pasta al pesto o pansoti al sugo di noci che per un "Foresto" possono anche essere una cosa particolare, un genovese se le fa tranquillamente a casa.
Io ho preso i pansoti che comunque erano artigianali ed erano buoni, anche il sugo di noci.
Dolci invece davvero buoni, particolari.
 From the outside I was afraid it was a bit touristy, but lunch confirmed what my grandmother said who had already been there, the food is good.
Unfortunately almost exclusively fish, as an alternative to second only super classic things that anyone can do (hamburger, cutlet ...), first typical things like pasta with pesto or pansoti with walnut sauce which for a "Foresto" can also be a particular thing, a Genoese makes them quietly at home.
I took the pansoti which were artisanal anyway and they were good, even the walnut sauce.
On the other hand, really good, special sweets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo ritornati dopo molti mesi nel ns ristorante preferitio di Celle,gestito dal simpatico Franco ed il figlio Alessandro e dove la buona,originale e fantasiosa cucina di pesce e' un MUST da anni !!
Abbiamo degustato come antipasto 3 porzioni di polipo bollito con le patate al prezzemolo ed il misto di acciughe,marinate,fritte e ripiene e cipolle di Tropea caramellate,gli spaghetti "Grand'Italia" con il trito di mare (polipo,gamberi,pomodori,pinoli e prezzemolo),le orecchiette con cime di rapa e vongole,leggermente piccanti,il fritto misto di pesce con calamari,gamberi ed alici,i calamari alla piastra con verdurine saltate e come dessert, la meringata con cioccolata calda,il tortino di mele caldo con gelato alla crema e la cialda con cioccolata,meringata,crema chantilly e nutella, una bottoglia di vino bianco gewurztraminer,acqua minerale e 2 caffe', al costo totale di 140 Euro (ho allegato le foto dei piatti)
Il gentile e veloce servizio e' fatto dalla simpatica Germana e dalle giovani ragazze che l'affiancano.
Il ristorante si trova in centro sul lungomare di Celle Ligure,ha delle sale interne con tavoli ben distanziati anti-covid e molti tavoli all'esterno, dove si puo' mangiare nelle belle e calde giornate.

We returned after many months to our favorite restaurant in Celle, run by the friendly Franco and his son Alessandro and where good, original and imaginative fish cuisine has been a MUST for years!
We tasted as an appetizer 3 portions of boiled octopus with parsley potatoes and the mixture of anchovies, marinated, fried and stuffed and caramelized Tropea onions, spaghetti "Grand'Italia" with chopped sea (octopus, shrimps, tomatoes, pine nuts and parsley), orecchiette with turnip greens and clams, slightly spicy, mixed fried fish with squid, prawns and anchovies, grilled squid with sautéed vegetables and as a dessert, meringue with hot chocolate, apple pie hot with cream ice cream and waffle with chocolate, meringue, Chantilly cream and Nutella, a bottle of gewurztraminer white wine, mineral water and 2 coffees, at a total cost of 140 Euros (I have attached photos of the dishes)
The kind and fast service is provided by the nice Germana and by the young girls who support her.
The restaurant is located in the center on the seafront of Celle Ligure, has internal rooms with well-spaced anti-covid tables and many tables outside, where you can eat on beautiful and hot days.
