★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ripropongo recensione fatta i primi giorni post riapertura con nuovo nome (e assenza su Google): Cambia nome da "Carma" a "Gran Madre", il conto è salato 1 antipasto + 1 secondo + amaro +bottiglia di vino (divisa in 5) 50€... potrebbe starci se ci fosse qualità nella preparazione delle carni, ma i piatti sembrano scopiazzature di ricette altrui mal riuscite per cottura e composizione degli stessi... non parliamo dei tempi di attesa nonostante ci fossero solo 3 tavoli da servire
Risposta al proprietario: sul prezzo come da recensione dico che ci può anche stare per i piatti se preparati a dovere ma se la qualità nella preparazione cala (la Fiorentina stracotta ad esempio) ed il servizio è lento e un po' in affanno con 3 tavoli io lo riporto... Del discorso Carma e amicizie non ne so nulla era la prima volta che venivo nel locale su consiglio di persone che erano venuti prima dei lavori di ristrutturazione

Response to the owner: on the price as per the review I say that there can also be for the dishes if prepared properly but if the quality in the preparation drops (the Fiorentina overcooked for example) and the service is slow and a bit 'in trouble with 3 tables I report it ...
