★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the same excellent and reliable kitchen of the former Al Passatore is now located in the beautiful (and hence better) ambiance of the Hermitage.
to be honest I was hoping they also would have used the move and the new fancier environment to innovate the menu. No revolution, just innovation... But that is my personal opinion. what they make is excellent with good products and honest craft manship
