β β β β β Passeggiando per il viale D'Annunzio abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovarci di fronte a questo locale. Abbiamo provato la Chitarra alla Teramana che, oltre ad essere una buona porzione, racchiude quello che ti aspetti da un piatto tipico della tradizione abruzzese: la semplicitΓ come il sugo di pomodoro, la fantasia nella realizzazione delle polpettine, la forza e la tenacia delle mani che lavorano la pasta, l'allegria e la musica di quella chitarra che mentre si gusta, sprigiona in bocca una festa di emozioni e sapori. Per il dessert, avendo prima visitato la casa natale del D'Annunzio e trovandoci sul viale omonimo, abbiamo scelto un Parrozzo Scostumato, una particolare rivisitazione del tipico dolce rallegrato da una nota alcolica e accompagnato da una fresca crema. Al tavolo siamo stati consigliati da Giorgio, un giovane cameriere molto attento ma soprattutto saggiamente competente nel fornire consigli.
Ai miei amici che si trovano nella splendida cittΓ di Pescara, consiglio vivamente di fare una sosta in questo ristorante per tuffarsi nella gastronomia del vero Abruzzo.
Walking through viale D'Annunzio we were lucky enough to find ourselves in front of this place. We tried the Chitarra alla Teramana which, in addition to being a good portion, contains what you expect from a typical dish of the Abruzzo tradition: simplicity such as tomato sauce, the imagination in making meatballs, the strength and tenacity of the hands. who work the pasta, the joy and the music of that guitar which, while being tasted, releases a feast of emotions and flavors in the mouth. For dessert, having first visited D'Annunzio's birthplace and finding ourselves on the avenue of the same name, we chose a Parrozzo Scostumato, a particular reinterpretation of the typical dessert enlivened by an alcoholic note and accompanied by a fresh cream. At the table we were advised by Giorgio, a very attentive young waiter but above all wisely competent in providing advice.
To my friends who are in the beautiful city of Pescara, I highly recommend making a stop at this restaurant to dive into the gastronomy of the real Abruzzo.
