★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely terrace right at the cathedral, friendly and courteous service, rather pricey for the area but you get nice cutlery and beautiful plates. Food is good, not wow but correct. Wine was nice and served in perfect temperature. Toilets missing seat, seems to be difficult to find a proper toilet seat in Italy, even in expensive restaurants... pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Bruschetta I have had in my life. All that we ordered was simply excellent. I fully recommend the Tortelli with pear and truffle. And top it with wine and a espresso. The ambience also is lovely ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly service. They were so accommodating for our 8-month-old. Heating up his food and adding a bit of local olive oil (as the waiter said, “we all have kids here”). And the food was delicious. Definitely the place to stop if you’re in Martina Franca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were in Martina Franca for a visit and looking for a recommended restaurant for lunch. That resto was closed so we used Google to find another. What luck! Garibaldi Bistrot in the piazza where the cathedral is - Garibaldi Piazza, I believe turned out to be a great find. The family owners welcomed us warmly. We started with the zucchini flowers (my personal favourite) that were were crunchy and delish. My vegetarian husband marvelled at his paccheri with tomato, ricotta and basil. We shared an arugula salad - fresh, large portion that we dressed with some fantastic local olive oil and finished with an incredible chocolate torta. So satisfying that we made another lunch visit two weeks later which turned out to be even better. John had the same dishes as previously (why change a good thing) and I won with the zucchini flowers and the pasta special of the day - tortello (like ravioli) stuffed with taleggio cheese and pear and covered with a parmesan cream and truffle powder. It was mozzafiato! Lovely clean and pretty room with the freshest foods and quiet very attentive service. Would return any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped by quite randomly since the restaurant opened earlier for lunch than most. Pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly service in a homely restaurant. The food was excellent too, among my favourites of my trip. I was so happy of the generous serving of green vegetables in the seasonal pasta dish. Would love to dine here again.
