Sono stata altre volte in questo ristorante in passato e sabato ho deciso di comprare due pizze da asporto, rinunciando ad andare alla pizzeria sotto casa e più vicina, proprio perché avevo un buon ricordo. Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative, ma abbiamo avuto davvero una cattiva esperienza. Arriviamo e la signora alla cassa stava mangiando un crocché con mozzarella filante che le pendeva dalla bocca. Di sicuro non una bella immagine da vedere all'accoglienza. Chiediamo le pizze (margherita con patatine e margherita con bufala) e la signora sembra faccia un conto completamente a caso: 12€, con una lattina di cocacola 13€. Mai pagato così tanto per due pizze del genere da asporto. A questo punto le do i soldi e lei perde tempo per darmi il resto del 50€, io avevo già fiutato l'imbroglio. Prima cerca di fregarmi rigettando il 2€ nella cassa, poi mi porge 27€, dimenticandosi della banconota da 10. Dopo tutto questo, ci stavano dando la margherita senza le patatine sopra. Nonostante la brutta esperienza al ristorante torniamo a casa e sopresa: la margherita con patatine era ACIDA. Abbiamo dovuto buttarla. Avrei voluto riportargliela indietro, ma fare nuovamente 30 minuti di auto non mi andava. Siamo rimasti sbigottiti dalla maleducazione e dall'incompetenza. Non ci torneremo più. I have been to this restaurant other times in the past and on Saturday I decided to buy two takeaway pizzas, giving up going to the pizzeria downstairs and closer, just because I had a good memory. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but we had a really bad experience. We arrive and the lady at the counter was eating a crocché with stringy mozzarella hanging from her mouth. Certainly not a nice image to see at the reception. We ask for the pizzas (margherita with chips and margherita with buffalo) and the lady seems to make a completely random bill: € 12, with a can of cocacola € 13. Never paid so much for two such takeaway pizzas. At this point I give her the money and she wastes time to give me the rest of the 50 €, I had already smelled the scam. First he tries to rip me off by throwing the € 2 back into the cashier, then he hands me € 27, forgetting the 10 banknote. After all this, they were giving us the margherita without the chips on it. Despite the bad experience at the restaurant we return home and surprise: the margherita with chips was ACID. We had to throw it away. I wanted to bring it back, but I didn't want to drive 30 minutes again. We were appalled by the rudeness and incompetence. We will never go back.

Il personale è quasi sempre cordiale e aperto alle richieste dei clienti . Personale cordiale soprattutto il ragazzo di nome Angelo Pedalino. Giovanni ottimo cuoco e persona dai sani valori e principi. A parte gli scherzi bellissima serata da rifare. Ottimo l'antipasto delle casa con molte portate particolari, non il solito tagliere di affettati e formaggi. Primi piatti buoni, Carne di ottima qualità. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Large restaurant with many tables, located in the upper area of Avella and very quiet. Excellent home appetizer with many special courses, not the usual platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Good first courses, excellent quality meat. Friendly and helpful owner.
