Cibo divino e accoglienza al top, ci si sente propio coccolati!! Tornerò sicuramente! It is the second time we come back, the first we had been for lunch, the second for dinner to make a tasting menu: all fantastic! Divine food and top hospitality, you feel pampered !! Ristorante presso l'hotel Là di Moret, ristorante del Buon Ricordo (ma il Piatto non era momentaneamente disponibile). Ambiente rustico, frequentato da clienti abituali (probabilmente business alloggiati). Abbaglia la mancanza di una carta dei vini al tavolo, se non con mescita al calice banale e tavolo con bambini molto rumorosi a fianco (-1 stella). Pani con lievito madre e burro di malga interessanti, entratina gustosa. Porzioni gourmet. Primo (ravioli ai pomodorini confit, fondita alla salvia e pecorino, salsa acciughe) ottimo, per profumi ed equilibrio; secondo (ombrina al verde) molto interessante; dolce (combinata di mele e noci) sotto tono per il livello del ristorante (-1 stella). Il conto a mio avviso è salato, come l'infelice posizione della cassa e la rincorsa dei camerieri in mezzo alla sala come se stessi scappando senza pagare (-1 stella, abbuonata). Good but in my opinion with style drops for 75 euros on the bill. Restaurant at the hotel Là di Moret, Buon Ricordo restaurant (but the Piatto was temporarily unavailable). Rustic environment, frequented by regulars (probably business housed). The lack of a wine list at the table dazzles, if not with banal pouring by the glass and table with very noisy children next to it (-1 star). Interesting breads with sourdough and alpine butter, tasty entratina. Gourmet portions. First course (ravioli with confit tomatoes, melted sage and pecorino cheese, anchovy sauce) excellent for aromas and balance; second (croaker al verde) very interesting; sweet (a combination of apples and walnuts) subdued for the level of the restaurant (-1 star). In my opinion, the bill is salty, like the unfortunate position of the cashier and the chase of the waiters in the middle of the room as if I were running away without paying (-1 star, bonus).

Verschiedenste Speisen am Tisch, alles quer Beet sah gut aus und schmeckte auch. Absolute Spitzenklasse ein einfacher Nachtisch - das Vanilleeis. Wahrhaftig das Beste, das ich je gegessen habe. Grazie, wir kommen sicher wieder! A wonderful evening. Nice ambience, considerate staff. Organized the evening for a group and didn't regret it. Different dishes at the table, everything across the bed looked good and tasted good too. Absolute top class a simple dessert - the vanilla ice cream. Truly the best I've ever eaten. Grace, we'll be back for sure!

Ci sono stata varie volte ma ogni volta mi sorprende.....abbinamenti di gusti insoliti ma sempre azzeccati, iniziando dal benvenuto con un piccolo macaron dolce con una crema di formaggio e una sfera di cioccolato con all'interno una cremina di formaggio. E cosa dire del burro salato che viene servito con vari tipi di pane realizzati con lievito madre che si tramanda da 57 anni? Ottimo!!!Il risotto poi è sempre un classico da provare assolutamente....ho mangiato poi la sfoglia di manzo realizzata con una carne veramente eccellente. Come dessert ho scelto un dolce realizzato con le mele e noci, veramente buono. E, per finire, il gelato mantecato anche questo assolutamente da provare!!! È stata una serata piacevolissima anche grazie al personale del ristorante altamente professionale ma anche molto cordiale....l'ambiente è caldo e accogliente. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questo locale! It is always a great experience to return to this restaurant !! I've been there several times but every time it surprises me ..... combinations of unusual tastes but always spot on, starting with the welcome with a small sweet macaron with a cream cheese and a chocolate sphere with a cream cheese inside. And what about the salted butter that is served with various types of bread made with sourdough that has been handed down for 57 years? Excellent !!! The risotto is always a classic to try absolutely .... I then ate the beef puff made with a truly excellent meat. For dessert I chose a dessert made with apples and walnuts, really good. And finally, the creamy ice cream also a must try !!! It was a very pleasant evening also thanks to the highly professional but also very friendly restaurant staff .... the environment is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
