La cucina è semplicemente top, mi soffermerei sulla trippa, sui primi, ma farei un torto alle altre portate. Titolare e dipendenti simpaticissimi sanno metterti a tuo agio in ogni momento. Per i romani tappa fissa, per i turisti andateci! Every time I go back to Rome I pass this way ... That touch of Romanism that revives my heart. Ragazzi gentili e stradisponibili. Alla mia richiesta di una pizza ai frutti di mare non compresa nel menù, mi propongono l'esperimento di una pizza seppie e piselli. Beh... SPETTACOLARE. buonissima. Piena di seppie e piccante al punto giusto. Stupido io a nn fare una foto ma sono stati dei grandi. Tornerò sicuramente per fare altri esperimenti. Consigliatissimo!

Per la comanda posso scegliere alla carta o il menù della casa , la scelta ricade sul menu della casa . TAGLIERE di affettato e formaggi , tegamino con polpette alla romana , tegamino di trippa , li abbiamo detto di non proseguire con l antipasto , arriva il primo LA CARBONARA che dire ? Ottimo la cottura della pasta il guanciale croccante la salsa perfetta le porzione al di sopra , ci viene servito il secondo : ARROSTO MISTO , porzioni super ,super era la carne ci volevano super poteri per finire il tutto , il momento del dolce ci ha preso di sorpresa per la scelta , mia moglie prende il baba' io rischio con la SFOGLIATELLA alla ricotta un rischio se confrontato a quelli mangiati a NAPOLI , il risultato? Pizza e primi veramente buoni ancora di più i fritti, supplì eccellenti, e i carciofi. Unica pecca per cui non ho messo 5 stelle è che a volte si perdono gli ordini e l'attesa si allunga. Ci tornerò sicuramente per dare spero 5 stelle. Comunque lo consiglio vivamente per il cibo e lo staff che esprime in pieno l'accoglienza tipica romana.
