P	Paola de Meo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nei miei soggiorni ad Ischia una tappa obbligata è al ristorante L'innominato sulla sopraelevata a Ischia Porto ed ogni volta è una conferma di quanto sia una eccellenza della ristorazione isolana. Stasera abbiamo gustato per antipasto un carpaccio di carne su letto di rucola servito con scaglie di parmigiano e melograno; come primi ci siamo fatte consigliare dal titolare Bernardo che sa sempre come stupire con piatti esclusivi e originali. Per il primo ci ha deliziate con paccheri fritti ripieni di ricotta e provola serviti con una delicata salsa di pomodoro e con il fiocco: pasta fresca, preparata in casa, farcita con crema di formaggi, speck e noci. Per secondo, Bernardo ci ha consigliato la fiorentina servita su piastra calda... eccezionale.. il tutto accompagnato da un calice di vino rosso. Tante altre pietanze sono degne di nota e meritano di essere gustate, come ad esempio il raviolo fresco ripieno di cernia accompagnato da pesto di rucola, cozze e nero di seppia... Questi sapori non possono essere semplicemte descritti, bisogna assaggiarli per comprendere a pieno il gusto e la prelibatezza. Consiglio di fermarsi a mangiare qui e di sicuro si termina pienamente soddisfatti del pasto.. e non da meno dello spettacolare panorama che offre per la speciale ubicazione del locale. Tengo anche ad esprimere un giudizio sul personale sempre accogliente, disponibile e cordiale. Spotessi esprimere un voto darei 10 e lode. In my stays in Ischia a must is at the restaurant L'innominato on the elevated in Ischia Porto and every time it is a confirmation of what an excellence of island catering is. Tonight we enjoyed a meat carpaccio on a bed of rocket served with flakes of parmesan and pomegranate as an appetizer; as first we got advice from the owner Bernardo who always knows how to amaze with exclusive and original dishes. For the first he delighted us with fried paccheri stuffed with ricotta and provolone served with a delicate tomato sauce and with the bow: fresh pasta, homemade, stuffed with cream of cheese, speck and walnuts. Secondly, Bernardo recommended the Florentine steak served on a hot plate ... exceptional .. all accompanied by a glass of red wine. Many other dishes are noteworthy and deserve to be tasted, such as the fresh ravioli stuffed with grouper accompanied by rocket pesto, mussels and cuttlefish ink ... These flavors cannot be simply described, you have to taste them to fully understand taste and delicacy. I recommend stopping to eat here and for sure you end up fully satisfied with the meal .. and not least the spectacular view it offers for the special location of the restaurant. I also want to express an opinion on the staff who are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. Spotessi cast a vote I would give 10 and praise.
R	Raffaela Pacifico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Primi Piatti Sono Stati veramente buoni, sia gli spaghetti ? vongole e cozze sia le pennette salsiccia, provola, melenzane e pomodorini hanno soddisfatto pienamente. Le scaloppine a limone ? molto tenere e nel filetto di pesce su letto di patate l'unico eccesso era la troppa menta. il servizio navetta è stato molto gradito mentre il servizio ai tavoli piuttosto lento, abbiamo più volte sollecitato per avere acqua e pane a tavola. La struttura dovrebbe essere panoramica ma di sera non si vede granché e il nostro tavolo da 12 era all'ingresso del ristorante che comunque è grande e curato. Nel complesso ci tornerei per assaggiare qualche altro piatto dello chef . The First Dishes They were really good, both the spaghetti ? clams and mussels and the penne with sausage, provolone, aubergines and cherry tomatoes fully satisfied. The lemon scallops are very tender and in the fish fillet on a bed of potatoes the only excess was too much mint. the shuttle service was very welcome while the table service rather slow, we have repeatedly requested to have water and bread at the table. The structure should be panoramic but in the evening you don't see much and our table for 12 was at the entrance of the restaurant which is large and well-kept anyway. Overall I would go back to sample some other chef's dish.
