Sono abbastanza sconcertata da tutte le recensioni fake che stanno arrivando, chiaro sinonimo di invidia, nei confronti di un ristorante e di una ristoratrice di altissimo livello sul panorama ligure. Bella location, grande sommelier, cura e attenzione verso il cliente che si evince in tutto, dal servizio ai minimi dettagli nei piatti. È difficile cambiare le sorti dei ristoranti facendo finte recensioni. La verità emerge sempre Complimenti a Cinzia
I am quite disconcerted by all the fake reviews that are coming, clearly synonymous with envy, towards a restaurant and a restaurateur of the highest level on the Ligurian landscape. Beautiful location, great sommelier, care and attention to the customer that is evident in everything, from the service to the smallest details in the dishes. Impossibile trovare difetti, ottimo cibo, location raffinata e semplicemente elegante. Titolari e cameriere precisi e discreti. Passare una bella serata in un contesto unico.

è sempre un piacere entrare a VILLA DOC, una cornice meravigliosa per una cucina sublime, locale intimo e riservato, ogni volta un' esperienza unica. Il menu cambia in base al pescato giornaliero ed alla fantasia di Chef Paolo che mantiene una cucina salubre e classica non snaturata dalle mode del momento. Piatti bilanciati sia in termini di porzionatura che per quanto riguarda i macronutrienti, lo chef riesce a rielaborare prodotti ittici e ortaggi in piatti sempre nuovi rispettando la stagionalità degli stessi. Non da meno è la passione che si respira in sala con Cinzia grande sommelier nazionale. Potrete decidere di affidarvi alle sue scelte ponderate in base alle portate da voi scelte, oppure confrontarvi con lei descrivendole magari i vostri gusti, in ogni caso la scelta risulta sempre azzeccata. Una carta dei vini ricca di grandi classici, che viene costantemente rinnovata su base mensile da Cinzia con nuove proposte. Passione è quello che troverete al Ristorante Doc, una passione lunga 40 anni.
it is always a pleasure to enter VILLA DOC, a wonderful setting for sublime cuisine, an intimate and reserved place, a unique experience every time. The menu changes according to the daily catch and the imagination of Chef Paolo who maintains a healthy and classic cuisine not distorted by the fashions of the moment. Balanced dishes both in terms of portioning and with regard to macronutrients, the chef manages to rework fish products and vegetables in ever new dishes while respecting their seasonality. Not least is the passion that reigns in the dining room with Cinzia, great national sommelier. You can decide to rely on her weighted choices based on the courses you have chosen, or discuss with her perhaps describing your tastes, in any case the choice is always spot on. A wine list full of great classics, which is constantly renewed on a monthly basis by Cinzia with new proposals. Passion is what you will find at the Doc Restaurant, a 40-year long passion.

Great place with territorial cuisine . Super fresh fish from the sea served in a relaxed environment. It is a private house with only 20 seats for privileged customers. Open in 1982 and being starred Michelin Star as well. Chef Patron Paolo and Sommelier Cinzia are the owners.
