Qualche forzatura come il cambio di tovaglioli e bicchieri prima del dolce o la "discesa in campo" dello chef, ma lo sforzo per essere speciali e palpabile. In sostanza comunque menù molto originale ad un prezzo ragionevole. Perfect setting for SPECIAL dinner. Starting from the very Eyes wide shut entrance to the vintage furniture to the 90s soundtrack. Lo chef Alberto Gipponi calza a pennello le due definizioni, autodidatta, approdato tardi alla ristorazione, ma ricco di passione e soprattutto di talento. Qui potreste rimanere delusi se le vostre aspettative sono quelle di essere capitati nella tranquilla trattoria di paese, ma se il vostro orizzonte culinario spazia nelle alte sfere, qui potreste raggiungere il Paradiso. Genius and recklessness how many times have we combined these two words? Chef Alberto Gipponi fits the two definitions perfectly, self-taught, who arrived late in the restaurant business, but full of passion and above all talent. Dina is a place of reunion with unique people in love with gastronomy, exploring the deep roots of culinary tradition and culture. Having a opportunity to taste some of the Alberto's creation is a great privilege. One of the rare places where it worth to drive for hours -just- for a bite of experience. Excellent staff and great value!
