★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante è molto particolare. La sera il menu è fisso, antipasto con prosciutto e formaggio, pomodori e a seguire arrosticini serviti a mazzetti da 20. Dolci tiramisù e torta al cocco. Gli arrosticini sono speciali, l'esperienza unica!
 The restaurant is very special. In the evening the menu is fixed, appetizer with ham and cheese, tomatoes and to follow arrosticini served in bunches of 20. Tiramisu cakes and coconut cake. The arrosticini are special, the unique experience!

Il locale è rustico ma carino, si intona bene con l'atmosfera di casa/ristorante.
In this restaurant you will not find a menu, essentially you will find appetizers and kebabs which are really good.
The place is rustic but nice, it fits in well with the home / restaurant atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Celiera, 714 mt s.l.m. Domenica a pranzo dalla Signora Maria: istituzione degli arrosticini in Abruzzo, in Italia e nel Mondo! Donna di altri tempi e dai modi un po' rudi, ci chiede da dietro al bancone che cosa volessimo da bere e ci propone il menù, consigliandoci le tagliatelle al ragù, appena fatte. Dopo l' antipasto con prosciutto tagliata mano (con l' accetta?), formaggio e pane con l' olio, il primo piatto, le tagliatelle appunto, deliziose con ragù di carne fatto in casa, sapori che non ricordavo dai tempi della cucina di mia nonna. Poi gli arrosticini di carne, i più buoni in assoluto, cotti bene, teneri e gustosi: stupendi! Infine un tiramisù versione light (senza mascarpone?) fatto dalla figlia, anche questo molto buono.
Prezzo onesto ed in linea con il tipo di locale. Consigliato a pranzo nei giorni festivi per gustare i primi, una vera sorpresa, oltre che ai rinomati arrosticini.

After the appetizer with hand-cut ham (with the hatchet?), Cheese and bread with oil, the first course, the noodles, delicious with homemade meat sauce, flavors that I did not remember from the days of the kitchen of my grandmother. Then the meat skewers, the best ever, well cooked, tender and tasty: wonderful! Finally a light tiramisu version (without mascarpone?) Made by the daughter, also very good.
Fair price and in line with the type of place. Recommended for lunch on holidays to enjoy the first courses, a real surprise, as well as the renowned kebabs.
