Credo che un ristorante debba in qualche modo essere un mix di esperienze sensoriali, visive, olfattive, gustative. Dal Monaco incarna l'anima della convivialità. Dal Monaco varca i confini della sperimentazione tra la tradizione e l'innovazione. Dal Monaco un'esperienza unica. Consigliato. I believe that a restaurant is much more than just a place where you can enjoy food. I believe that a restaurant must somehow be a mix of sensory, visual, olfactory and gustatory experiences. Dal Monaco embodies the soul of conviviality. Dal Monaco crosses the boundaries of experimentation between tradition and innovation. From Monaco a unique experience. Recommended.

A	Angelo Benvenuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Gentile signora" riguardo al filetto che ha i suoi tempi di cottura come dice lei e che possono diventare 25, a me sono diventati 60 senza neanche vederlo. Nel ristorante quella sera c'era soltanto un tavolo da 8 persone e uno da due persone che avevano già finito di mangiare, quindi "locale vuoto". Se avete problemi di organizzazione non fate sedere persone che non prenotano così almeno non si ritrovano ad aspettare più di un'ora senza neanche vedere quello che era stato ordinato. Siete stati molto scortesi nei nostri confronti visto che per il filetto avete solo cercato di guadagnare tempo e quindi rimandare. Per quanto riguarda il pane quando ho richiamato il cameriere per sapere come mai fosse arrivato con il ghiaccio dentro, non mi ha saputo neanche dare una spiegazione, ha preso il cestino che era sul tavolo ed è corso in cucina a metterlo nel microonde per poi portarmelo senza chiedere neanche scusa. Poi nessuno ci ha invitato ad uscire, siamo stati noi ad andarcene per andare in un ristorante vero visto che avevamo fame. Abbiamo pagato il conto per educazione. P.S. Non siamo tipi da Mc Donald, ma sicuramente lo consiglio di piu perché almeno si mangia qualcosa, e soprattutto non dopo 70 minuti. Come ogni ristorante gourmet che si rispetti, alle creazioni deliziose, particolari, uniche dello chef Ernesto, si affianca il vino perfetto, accuratamente consigliato da Lisa, grande intenditrice, che conosce la sua selezione di vini alla perfezione. Accolti e coccolati dal sorriso di tutto lo staff, immersi in un ambiente raffinato ma allo stesso tempo sobrio ed elegante, tutte le nostre cene da "Dal Monaco" non sono mai state caratterizzata dalla monotonia: il menu si rinnova continuamente e, dopo esserci affidati all'attento consiglio di Lisa, siamo rimasti sempre molto soddisfatti. Consigliatissimo. La vera scoperta del panorama molisano!
