Unica pecca il risotto: troppo al dente (più verso il crudo) e slegato nella mantecatura. Ottimo il gelato. Very welcoming place, with a nice fireplace in the room that warms the temperature and atmosphere. The dishes are good, nothing particularly sophisticated, but good. The only flaw is the risotto: too al dente (more towards the raw) and loose in the creaming. Excellent ice cream.

Particolare la presentazione dei diversi piatti con particolare attenzione all’antipasto di lingua, risotto alla rapa rossa con gelato, daino in umido. Speciale la carta dei dolci da provare i gelati artigianali. Eccellente il gelato al fieno. Una vera Madeline As excellent as it is unexpected. The presentation of the different dishes is particular, with particular attention to the tongue appetizer, beetroot risotto with ice cream, stewed deer. I piatti che abbiamo provato: - verza con formaggio (strepitose, grandi sapori) - salmerino (ottimi ingredienti, forse debole la sapidità) - lingua (ottima, gustosa e ottima l’idea di scottarla/grigliarla un po’) - tagliatelle al ragù (davvero buone, bella l’idea di avere il ragù come ripieno) - tortellini alla trota (buoni, ma meno gustosi di altri piatti) Servizio molto gentile e competente in sala. Bravi! Consigliato a chi si trova in zona Well-kept environment. Excellent cover: homemade bread; exquisite butter; delicious mis-en-bouche. The dishes we tried: - cabbage with cheese (amazing, great flavors) - char (excellent ingredients, perhaps weak flavor) - tongue (excellent, tasty and excellent the idea of searing / grilling it a little) - tagliatelle with meat sauce (really good, the idea of having the meat sauce as a filling is nice) - tortellini with trout (good, but less tasty than other dishes) Very kind and competent service in the dining room. Alcuni piatti intensi e molto "pensato" Come il dolce e il piatto di carne, altri comunque buonissimi come il Carpaccio di salmerino e il risotto al ginepro. Ingredienti i alta qualità, preparazione ottima, servizio cortese e attento. Veramente una bella esperienza per scoprire come la tradizione e i sapori del territorio possono diventare innovativi con un po' di coraggio e visione. Great experience with the tasting menu. Some intense and very "thought out" dishes Like the dessert and the meat dish, others still very good like the Carpaccio of char and the risotto with juniper. High quality ingredients, excellent preparation, courteous and attentive service. Truly a nice experience to discover how the tradition and flavors of the territory can become innovative with a little courage and vision.

Inaspettatamente raffinato, estremamente curato, ottima cucina, menù mai banale, personale gentilissimo e esperto, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Assolutamente da provare e riprovare. Uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti. Applausi. My husband and I came across this restaurant in Esine almost by chance on the recommendation of friends a couple of years ago. Unexpectedly refined, extremely refined, excellent cuisine, never banal menu, very kind and expert staff, excellent value for money. Absolutely to try and try again. One of our favorite restaurants.
